Great small.Colombian diner serving authentic dishes and coffee and soft drinks. Came here for breakfast and had to have an empanada with that delish hot sauce and a chicharron (fried pork). Now im allergic to pork so I shouldn't of done that cause I didn't feel.well after but it was worth it at the end. Around the diner was scrambled eggs with ham, cheese, and onions which did not disappoint. It also.came.with a fried salted cheese and an arepa type of bread. Everyone was happy, the coffee was delicious and we all left full. While we were there we saw people.prdering full meals.with rice and red beans and different meats, the smells alone were tantalizing. So the place may be off the cut and small, but the food is definitely worthy.

Me and my boy came here to eat after the beach for the first time and Wow! This place is awesome, the bandeja paisa was spectacular, the pan de bono as well, good price too and the food came out fast. The service was very nice Lita is awesome we felt very welcomed. Highly recommended to pass by if you want a delicious, quick ad filling meal and you're in the neighborhood.

Cool it a spot that has some pretty good food. Not all of it was to my taste and I did enjoy the juice that they had and we didn't stay very long to try the actual meals. We just had things that were quick. I can't say that I love everything that our party had but there were some things that were phenomenal.

This place is a gem! The food is so good and huge portion. Pandebono so delicious! The price is so affordable. Nice lady serving us. Will definitely come back here whenever Im in Miami!

We're from Atlanta and stopped here for lunch before heading to the airport after our Miami vacation -- and wow, what a great choice! The food was incredibly authentic and absolutely delicious. I've had Cuban food many times before (it's actually one of my favorite cuisines), and this place did not disappoint. My whole family loved it -- even my dad, who's usually a very picky eater, cleared his plate. Highly recommend!

Pros: - bang for your buck! So much food. I recommend sharing the classic meat platter with another person and getting the beef stew on the side - family owned - old school diner vibes - mad flavor! Cons: - nada

We paired apple soda with our empanadas.

We stopped in here a week ago for a quick bite. Boy, were we surprised when we bit into our beef empanadas! Sooo delicious...the best we have tasted in Miami so far. We paired them with a can of Apple soda. This is a small but very cozy little restaurant. You may even walk past it without realizing. But do come back. I saw some of the plates other people were eating and they looked delicious. We were on our way to an event and couldn't stay long. Try parking in the back area. There is a back door also. We plan to be back very soon!

It's a very small restaurant and you need to sit on high stools. People were friendly everything that we tried were delicious.

Music spills out onto the sidewalk, the staff greets you like long-lost cousins, and the Colombian food? It punches above its weight. Ceviche that snaps with citrus and heat. The food was okay at best, honestly probably the weakest part of the whole experience. But that's not really why you go. The live music, the open dance floor, the whole vibe and atmosphere here is top notch. Came here for my birthday week and had such a fun, amazing time. We were thoroughly engaged with the band the whole night, they even handed us instruments to play along with at one point, which is not something that happens at most restaurants. Service was great, and the staff genuinely seemed to be having as much fun with us as we were having with them. Come for the party, not the plate, and you'll leave happy.

I ordered a cafe con leche, a Cuban sandwich and a Media Noche sandwich. Everything was delicious. Especially the media noche sandwich. I've had plenty of media noches in my life, but never as good as this one. Not sure what kind of bread they use for their media noche, but it was so soft, just the perfect amount of sweetness. The Cuban sandwich of course was good, but tasted similar to others I've had. I can definitely see myself returning next time we're in the area.

Don't get me wrong, food was delicious but was it breathtaking good? No. The reason I said that was when we walked in, one side was counter and the other was sit down. At the sit down it looked like a decent amount of locals while the sit down were just out of towners. The waitress was very kind and helped us get situated. My friends and I were recommended the Oxtail Stew, the fried pork chops, the medium cubano, sweet plantains, and the ham croquettes. The Oxtail was very flavorful, came with a side of rice and 3 pieces of plantains. The fried pork chops were a little too dry and had the texture of fried fish almost. I think it came with 4 or 5 pieces total for the order with a side of rice and beans. The cubano was rather large for the medium side which I appreciated. The plantains were probably my favorite dish out of all as they were really sweet, ripe and well made. The ham croquettes, this could be a me thing but i was expecting cheese and it was all ground ham. The fry on it was good though! Overall, great spot for a quick bite. Not too nosy, not too fancy. The only downside was that because it's in a popular area and there's a popular opinion of the restaurant, the food is a bit overpriced for what it is. Otherwise, I would say give it a try!

Chase should remove it from their options for dining! The restaurant itself is fairly simple, nothing particularly fancy. The staff was kind and friendly, and our waiter was nice, although he spoke very quietly and the service was confusing at times because it seemed like we had two different waiters. We ordered from the Miami Spice menu. My fiancée had the catch of the day in buttermilk, which was tasty, but the portion was ridiculously small. I ordered the breaded chicken, which was dry and unremarkable. Definitely not worth the price. The shrimp cocktail was the highlight of the meal, but the dessert portions were ridiculously small as well. To make matters worse, the restaurant automatically adds a 20% tip to the bill. I'm strongly opposed to mandatory gratuities, especially when the service is slow and doesn't justify the charge. Tipping should be left to the customer's discretion, not automatically imposed regardless of the experience. Overall, the food was mediocre aside from the shrimp cocktail, the portions were very disappointing and RIDICULOUSLY TINY, and the prices were far too high for what was delivered. The mandatory 20% gratuity was the final dealbreaker. This place is definitely not worth a Michelin star restaurant. I won't be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant. There are better dining experiences available for the money.
