Music spills out onto the sidewalk, the staff greets you like long-lost cousins, and the Colombian food? It punches above its weight. Ceviche that snaps with citrus and heat. The food was okay at best, honestly probably the weakest part of the whole experience. But that's not really why you go. We were thoroughly engaged with the band the whole night, they even handed us instruments to play along with at one point, which is not something that happens at most restaurants. Service was great, and the staff genuinely seemed to be having as much fun with us as we were having with them. Come for the party, not the plate, and you'll leave happy.

The snapper itself was absolutely incredible, we devoured it. For our sides, we got plantains and salad. The plantains were so good, but you can skip the salad. It's literally just some cut veggies without dressing or any seasoning other than some dried cilantro. You do have to track down the waiters a bit but they will make sure your drinks are full and that you are otherwise taken care of. The ceviche and lomo saltado also looked incredible.
