I was impressed how she quickly, and accurately did an eyeball measurement as accurate as my calipers. It's a nice operation. The shop looked busy and the equipment looked good and everything was as kept nice and neat. I was just a little disappointed that it would take 5 days to get to my job. But, I'd rather the job be done correctly as opposed to a rushed, sloppy job. In the end it took much longer than anticipated. I admit I was a little miffed, but the tech cut the new mirror almost exactly as the 58 year old original mirror. So all beef was forgotten, but I did pay a handsome price for the custom work. Unfortunately the owner is overwhelmed and things don't get done timely. I had to take my frames back because I dropped them off and he kept them for two months. Each time I checked on them, he said tomorrow. Nonetheless tomorrow never came, I just took them to another store. The guy is very nice. Just not able to complete projects timely. I give it the least amount of stars because they took a cash deposit and it was drama getting the frames back, because they don't hold normal business hours. They show up when they show up. I wish them the best.
