This is what happens when trades are lost. I wish the owner had the time to train high school students, because this is such a lost art. Unfortunately the owner is overwhelmed and things don't get done timely. I had to take my frames back because I dropped them off and he kept them for two months. Each time I checked on them, he said tomorrow. Nonetheless tomorrow never came, I just took them to another store. The guy is very nice. Just not able to complete projects timely. I give it the least amount of stars because they took a cash deposit and it was drama getting the frames back, because they don't hold normal business hours. They show up when they show up. Was in town to stay at my home on the east coast for a month. Went by to pick up three mirror frames I left him January. My housekeeper had gone twice to pick them up and was told they weren't done. I assumed there was a language barrier or misunderstanding. To my surprise the elderly gentleman running the shop is extra forgetful and is constantly asking for "one more day" to complete the work. Sir it has been over half a year. He seems very genuine but I think there may be some lost mental capacity. When his wife is present, she is constantly apologizing but it is not worth it. Worse experience ever. Save yourself the time and pain. Also you run the risk of not getting your items. He gave me someone else's unfinished item and they probably have mine. read more

i just read the last review here. And I'm just here to confirm that it's absolutely still true. I'm in my car right now looking up another place to get an acrylic sheet professionally cut, because the younger dude there just told me he didn't have time to cut it for me. i told him i don't mind a longer wait time, which didn't seem to matter to him. big waste of time and energy coming here. i haven't the faintest clue how this business managed to stay afloat, especially in 2020. read more

RUN!!!! Not sure how they stay open seeing that they treat their customers as if they are an inconvenience. The are rude and produce poor quality work. Don't bother trying to get a quotation or to follow up with your order. That's an impossibility. Moreover, they do not warrant their work nor do they take responsibility for any damage occurred to your piece for on site repairs.
