From the 1st day we met him we could tell he really cares about making the bride and groom happy. He pays attention to every detail and responds right away to any and all questions. He literally coordinated our wedding in 1 month ! And everything was perfect! We honestly couldn't have had this wedding without him! Thank you sooo much Adam !!! The venue itself is gorgeous ! It has that romantic and elegant feel . They even have an on site bridal suite that's perfect! We were able to get ready there not having to worry about time ! Just like all the other reviewers have mentioned, Adam really is super helpful through the entire planning process! From the day we met him to our wedding day, he was always attentive and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. The best part through the entire process was definitely the FOOD TASTING. There was so much food and it made my heart (and tummy) so happy. I'm glad we were able to taste it then since we barely had anything to eat the day of the wedding! The venue itself was beyond beautiful with the dim lighting and the drapes. Love the updated modern vibe and second bar Adam opened up for guests who wanted soda, beer or wine only (so the open bar wouldn't have a long line). Word of advice: GET THE TZATZIKI SAUCE! Hub and I agreed it is one of the best we've ever had and it pairs with everything. Where do we start!? From the moment we first met with Adam, we knew we were in good hands when we decided to book this place as our wedding reception. He did exactly what he said he would do. From the grand entrance to the cake cutting, he's there to keep you on track! His staff was amazing, everyone kept telling us how good they were. Let's not even begin to talk about the food! We had our son's first birthday (Korean Dohl) back in May at the venue. From the very beginning from getting a tour and a quote to the day of, Adam was extremely helpful. Adam was very responsive from the beginning and was able to answer any and all of my questions in a timely fashion. The venue itself is beautiful. It's clean, large and classy. They have a lovely entryway before you get into the banquet room. There is a CLEAN bathroom (which I feel like most places do not) for both men and women, there is a lounge area, a bar top and also a TV screen where you can display a photo loop, which is what we did. For the event, they even set out several glasses of mimosas for our guests to enjoy prior to eating. Inside the banquet hall there was plenty of room for our tables, a photo booth, a candy buffet, a gift table and room in the middle for the children to kind of run around and play. At the head of the room we created a Doljabi table that was nicely and prominently displayed with all the Korean goodies and such. We also had access to what is usually the bridal suite for us to store any boxes for decor and also for the nursing mothers. There was such a great selection of food, I didn't really get to eat anything, but several of the guests mentioned that the food was really good. The staff there was also very helpful and accommodated any special needs we needed for the day of. As for costs, I think it was affordable. We weren't trying to spend "wedding money" on our son's first birthday and we certainly did not, even with paying for complimentary valet for all our guests. I had my ceremony and reception same place (best decision ever). The draping, the lighting, the friendly service was the best. Adam was there all the way. To make long story short. During cocktail hour I wasn't feeling well, i made the mistake of not eating enough and keeping myself hydrated. Once Adam heard he brought all the food can carry with him. This review is long overdue; but credit needs to be taken. We did our wedding ceremony and reception at the MGM in November and all I can say is that I wouldn't have chosen any other place. We had been venue searching for about a month before we came across this hall and when we did a virtual tour(available online), which is extremely helpful for planning - future brides. We fell in love with the place and it's lighting. We scheduled a walk through and the virtual tour was exactly as the venue itself. We booked immediately and were so excited to have our wedding date available. Adam, the guy in charge is SO helpful and easy to work with. Wedding planning itself can be a nightmare but our venue was one of the few things I didn't have to worry about at all. Every little bridezilla question I had that popped into my head, I'd email and he would respond to very quickly. He covers absolutely everything and will make you feel assured that your vision is understood. The day of our wedding he and his staff took care of us, everything came together beautifully. We had both our ceremony and reception hosted there; and the venue was set up hours before our wedding and looked stunning! Adam helped coordinate our vendors and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food.... was never ending! We were able to make a selection of 20 appetizers and 3 main courses per table....! Yes, you read that right per table! All of our guests raved about the food and the options that they had. I've been to this venue a few times now. They did a nice job renovating a few years ago. Sometimes the color changes are a bit much, but that should be controllable. The layout is a little weird since as a dj, I had to setup to the side. I prefer setting up facing the guests, but it's still manageable. Parking is a bit tough to find on the street. But luckily, they do valet service available like most halls do in the Glendale area. read more

Went to a friend's son wedding recently. The atmosphere was great, service was very good. The wedding was wonderful. The only complain I had was the way the food was served. We got there like 15 minutes late cause the complimentary parking was full. So we had to park like 15 minutes walking distance away. By the time we got to the table most of the good finger food was gone. So had to eat what was left over. The main food was Mediterranean kabob with rice and fish. They just brought enough food to be passed around the table. We had 14 people in our table instead of 12 people. So I had to ask them to bring a few more pieces so that everyone can have one serving. I felt like we were predetermined how much food we were supposed to have, one serving per person only. Usually the weddings I attended, we were served a set of food, like each person would get their appetizer, salad, and main course enough that we felt full. I wish it was buffet type, so we can serve ourselves and go back for a second if needed, rather having food passed around and we have to watch to get just the minimal amount of food so everyone on the table would have enough for one serving. By the time I got home which was like 40 minutes driving I was hungry already. Besides the parking and the amount of food every thing else was great. read more

We had the most amazing experience at MGM for our daughter's ArabiONE themed 1st birthday party! The place is absolutely gorgeous and you get soooo much for what you pay for. Their prices are so reasonable and their food was soooo delicious. To this day, we get compliments from guests on how good and abundant the food was. From the very beginning, Adam was such a pleasure to work with. First off, he's very responsive to any questions and was always so gracious and kind anytime we talked or met with him. 5 stars for Adam the GM and his accommodating, sweet team. 1 star for a reccamended DJ "Franky Flow" I will start with the positives as it's 99.9% positive! I came to Adam four and a half months almost five prior to our wedding date because another local venue cancelled on us out of the blue. We were devastated and looked at 15 other venues in the area- NONE compare. Sure, there are more "grand" meaning larger venues. But MGM held our almost 170 guests comfortably and spaciously. Staff I'd say is really kind and we're in the service industry so service was a priority. Second, budget and food equally :D Budget- this is an EXTREMELY reasonable priced venue that includes all food as family style. SCORE. We are a Mexican-Egyptian interracial couple and the food was catered to both and top notch to make mama proud to serve our families! Everyone to this day talks about the food at our wedding more than anything else! DOUBLE SCORE. Adam was so so kind and sweet to suggest a bunch of places which we did go with the limo suggestion- 5 star. The Dj although wasn't worth it- but hey at least we had one? Sorta? He did leave early, left his assistant to run the show but said he would MC and didn't after the grand entrance.. We were so excited because he started out so strong and had everyone dancing and it was magical! After speeches that he didn't introduce anyone he disappeared. What a shame, Adam and his team doesn't deserve a newbie but I do hope he gets better because he had a lot of potential, is a great people person and did start of strong. Maybe he needs a second mic to MC and introduce people? More practice with the MC part and he'd be solid. He really made the experience a little less because the second half of the reception. Nonetheless I married my best friend so, the day was perfect regardless. Okay so overall our experience with the venue is a 100/100 don't walk to see Adam- RUN before your date is booked!! MGM will give you a discount depending on the season and day of your event. FOOD -AMAZING! We were served over 20 appetizers and 3 different main courses. I love the food and so did all of my guests. Main courses include grilled salmon, kabobs, pork chops, and BBQ chicken Sodas and coffee were complimentary. SERVICE - Top notch. As good as you can get, but better. VENUE - MGM was recently renovated. It looks very modern yet classy. The banquet hall easily sat my 200 guests. There was more than enough room to move around and mingle. I had my wedding at the MGM Ballroom and my wedding was awesome. My guests were very impressed with the venue and informed me it was the best wedding they've ever been to. One of the biggest highlight of the venue was the food which is very important. Everybody was full and thought the food was good. More than enough food for seconds.
