The crew of 4 met at my house on the day and time agreed upon. They began working at 8am. They loaded all my furniture and unloaded at my new house by 5pm. They were respectful, courteous and very accomadating. Trusty Trio offered me honesty, integrity, and full transparency at a fair price. The moving contract provided for insurance to cover items lost or damaged in the move. When my daughter's possessions arrived it was discovered that a nightstand was severely damaged in the move and had to be replaced at a cost of over $600- a lot of money for someone in the Army. Despite numerous letters and phone calls sent to the company over the past 18 months it has done absolutely nothing to process the insurance claim or otherwise reimburse my daughter. The company's attitude is that it couldn't care less. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to assume the out of pocket risk for any possessions lost or damaged in the move. Otherwise they did a phenomenal job emptying the house so the new carpet could be installed. They were quick, although it took more than a day because of how much had to be packed. They relocated the items to a storage unit. I plan to hire them to clean the house, now that the carpet is installed. Also they will have the job of returning our possessions from storage. This is a fairly new business, so they aren't perfect. They are hard working, fast, and responsive. Good value for the money.

The owner sent two men to do at least a 4 man job. The owner should be ashamed to understaff his booking in such a way. It's a disservice to the customer paying $160 an hour and to his own employees. In the process a TV and lamp was broken which I do NOT fault the movers because they were overworked. My family ended up finishing the loading and unloading the U-Haul because we had hit the 8 hour mark, not to mention we had to help thru the entire process because the workload was too much for only two men. The owners choice to understaff this move caused the initial time in our new home to begin on a negative note. Things were just getting put in the house/garage with no organization causing more work and increased growing pains for my family. It was a total disgrace!
