We were told they "worked late" and were running behind, and also their card machine is down and we would have to pay in cash or cashiers check. I notified them that would be an issue notifying us this late about the payment change. At around 11:00, we called again, and the window had changed to 12:00 - 1:00. At 12:40, we called AGAIN, and were told "They're getting in the van now." We asked where they were coming from and they had no idea. We asked for an ETA at 1:30 pm and were told they couldn't get ahold of the drivers. By 2:40, we were told they still couldn't get ahold of the drivers and would have to assign us another crew (the THIRD crew of the day, as the original never showed up to work). My POD is scheduled to be picked up tomorrow and we were left waiting ALL DAY for movers who never showed up.

This is a fairly new business, so they aren't perfect. They are hard working, fast, and responsive. Good value for the money.
