Owner should be ashamed of his staffing capability! Terrible moving company! This company was hired to move two houses in one day. This was explained at the time the service was booked. The owner sent two men to do at least a 4 man job. The owner should be ashamed to understaff his booking in such a way. It's a disservice to the customer paying $160 an hour and to his own employees. In the process a TV and lamp was broken which I do NOT fault the movers because they were overworked. My family ended up finishing the loading and unloading the U-Haul because we had hit the 8 hour mark, not to mention we had to help thru the entire process because the workload was too much for only two men. The owners choice to understaff this move caused the initial time in our new home to begin on a negative note. Things were just getting put in the house/garage with no organization causing more work and increased growing pains for my family. It was a total disgrace! The next day when the bill was paid we questioned why only two men were sent for such a big job. The OWNERS response, "that's what's on the invoice" Sir you wrote the invoice and should be the expert. That was not an acceptable answer. Owner is a JOkE!!! Do Not Use this company!!!! Absolute scam--avoid this company at all costs.I hired this business (operating under Easy Move / Move Move Move at Ease) and they took a massive $1,080 deposit upfront. Red flags started immediately when the owner completely failed to come over and perform an actual inventory of my belongings before the scheduled moving date.Because I was highly uncomfortable with the fact that he was flying blind and didn't even know the volume of items he was supposed to be moving, I called him myself and explicitly asked him to come take a look. Once he actually saw the scale of the move, he instantly doubled the price.When I refused the predatory new price and requested my money back, he flat-out told me I could not have my deposit refunded--even though this was 3 days prior to the scheduled move. To make matters worse, this is not a professional, legitimate operation. He doesn't even rent or own real commercial moving trucks; he just uses standard U-Hauls and hires random, untrained people off the street to do the heavy lifting.They will take your money, skip the professional walkthrough, jack up the price at the last second, and hold your deposit hostage. Do not trust them with your hard-earned money or your personal belongings. read more

We just moved here and had our things in a storage unit. Finally moved into our house and searched for local movers. They were quick to respond and hung in there while we waited for our closing. Stretch and Andre were Awesome! The hottest day of the year and they worked tirelessly to unload a packed 26' truck and were excellent and forgiving out how to fit it into storage. Nice guys too. I'm so disgusted with this moving company. First you come to my door smoking a cigarette and my home is the home to kids, secondly you two (Thomas and Charles) ARGUED about how to remove the bed out of the home mind you the bed was already taken apart for you to move it. Third you guys were reckless and destroyed part of birthday decorations that had been placed for a birthday party then had the nerve to laugh it off saying you would come party with us. In the process of messing up the decorations you broke a lamp that you asked pictures for which were sent to you 2times!! Y'all asked did I want yall to put the new bed together and I said NO! I wanted yall out of my home because yall had totally not gave a f*** about anything else. The owners/mangers number was asked for MULTIPLE TIMES and it's refused to be given following every excuse. These people are unprofessional and lack responsibility for other peoples homes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more
