This last time, I ordered some sweet potato pancakes (that must have been a special because I can't find them on the menu now) and they were SO GOOD!!! They had nuts in them and they were not too sweet which was surprising in the best way. My wife got the classic chicken and waffles and loved them and our 3rd wheel got an omelet. He cleaned the plate so we know it was realllll good. We also got the fried okra as an app for the table and we were all big fans. The sauce took them over the top on flavor. We have never had an issue with the service. They've always been communicative and friendly, offering great suggestions on the menu. I love the inside of the restaurant. It fits the vibe of the menu very well. It feels very hometown southern which is perfect because it is my baby's hometown and we will continue going back every time we visit.

There is only one restroom, but if you've really gotta go, they are located close to public restrooms for Falls Park. There is also an elevator close by for accessibility. Besides the incredible ambiance, the food is why you come here! All French inspired, you can't go wrong. I got the goat cheese gnocchi and French onion soup. It's the second time I've had the gnocchi and I just love the creamy flavors and varying textures of the dish. The French onion soup is classic, cheesy, and exactly what you want it to be. Others in my party got the airline chicken, which was a big hit! If you're in search of a romantic date night spot or an outdoor place in the shade, consider Passerelle!
