On this visit, however, Genaro was our server, and he was just as friendly, attentive, and funny. He made our lunch even more enjoyable. My friends hadn't been here in a while, but we all left happy with our meals. We each ordered one of the lunch specials: the taco & enchilada combo, the chile relleno, and the tamale & taco combo. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I also like taking advantage of their drink specials, and my family never skips their delicious cheese crispy appetizer--it's always a favorite! If you haven't been here yet, it's definitely worth a visit. Whether you're stopping in for lunch or dinner, it's a great option with good food and friendly service.

I had one friend once, I couldn't believe it, we ordered burritos and he started eating it in his hands like it was a corn on the cobb, biting right into the middle and all the fillings all falling out, OMG! what the hell are you doing? He just looked clueless, I guess cause he never ate a burrito with his hands before, just had it wet on a plate and ate with a fork and knife! Had to show him how to eat a burrito hand held! The nicest woman answered and passed the phone to her son (for better english). The guy let me know that this location is where they make all the tamales for their food truck! That explains why it is never open when we go! He was rad enough to text me the address of where the food truck was today, and even offered to save me the tamales I wanted! Exceptional customer service!! My husband and I got dressed and headed to Sun Valley on our quest for tamales. Finding the truck was very easy and we quickly ordered a dozen. 4 pork (red), 4 chicken (green) and 4 cheese. They even have pineapple ones! We also ordered a champurrado which was large enough for the both of us to share. These tamales are delicious and were exactly what I was craving!
