The highlight here is of course the prime rib which they slice to order in front of you and dip in their incredible au jus. They also have their signature steak and horseradish sauces. Right next to the prime rib is a omelet station that's cooked to order and brought directly to your table! When we went they had an assortment of pastries, cookies as well as various potato, egg and a delicious bacon dish. Their Caesar salad was also great (their parmesan cheese was extremely punch which I enjoyed).
