Isaac greeted me with the warmest smile and simply said, "Don't worry, I've got you." I told him I was having a hard day, and then I shared a little joke with him. We both smiled, and for a moment, the weight of the day felt lighter. Maria was also incredibly kind, cheerful, and welcoming. It reminded me that kindness doesn't have to be grand to make a difference. A smile, a little patience, and a few encouraging words can mean everything to someone who's struggling. The world needs more people like Isaac and Maria--people who perform random acts of kindness simply because they care. Thank you both for making my day a little brighter. I won't forget it.

Overall, I would say the service met 80% of my expectations…read more I went with the $45 Luxury Wash (totaling $53 after adding an $8 tip). The best part was that they fully removed the bird droppings from the car's surface and made the tires look fresh and new again. The dust on the front dashboard was mostly cleaned, though a bit was still visible. The two front center storage compartments--the space right under the cup holders--weren't cleaned well. I wasn't sure if they were missed simply because they're not in a very noticeable spot.
