Dentist spoke to me in English and to my father in Mandarin very patiently. The office feels ready for COVID-19 as we had an appointment for 2pm and a patient was on their way out when we arrived. There were a few other empty rooms, which gives time to air out a previous patient. All staff there wore PPE properly. We're figuring out an issue with insurance though, as the person I spoke to on the phone assured me that they took Medicare, but going there in person, another staff said they did not. We'll see what happens with it, but at least they were upfront with the all the costs associated with the exam and x-ray should insurance not cover.

I would recommend going to other places that are only for wisdom teeth removal with oral surgeons…read moreif you want a more comfortable recovery and removal process, otherwise this is a great dental office. Worked here for a few months and aside from my resentment, they have a very good business and reputation as well as relationship with their patients. I had a horrible infection going on in my body and didn't know why, and the pain was excruciating. I went to that practice many times in pain and was told it was a tooth that was right next to it. Then, I went back after my second opinion to speak to her and let her know what I had heard and she lied in my face and said antibiotics would clear it up, and I would not loose my tooth.
