Also what we needed to look out for. My son was really nervous but she made his experience with getting a cavity filled not so uncomfortable. She also put sealant on his other teeth. Why am I giving this review 2 stars then? The office staff leave much to be desired. After going to the office for years- I get a Text message... not a phone call that our insurance only pays 80 percent of bill and we would be on hook for 20 percent. This is the night before the appointment. I text back- how is that possible? Our insurance has not changed. Got texts back and forth saying they no longer take our insurance and that we would be billed via out of network. It's completely unprofessional to have this type of conversation the night before an appointment and also via text message! Why wouldn't a phone call be done? I was so annoyed that I cancelled the appointments and I told them I better not be on the hook for the cancellation charge since they are the ones who didn't tell me until the night before that they have this insurance change. When I asked when this change was implemented- they were vague and said it was a few days ago. Even if recent you should have the courtesy to make an actual phone call. They didn't even apologize. Great dentist but poor poor staff. I would not trust them to do the billing after that.

He did not pay attention to what he was doing, which led me to have to have my two front teeth removed because his lack of communication with my orthodontist killed the roots. I have been through hell and back with my teeth because of what he did when I was younger and I am only 25 years old. Thank god when I found amazing dentists after him, they took care of me and are still trying to fix all of his mistakes. My parents wish it wasn't so long ago or they would love to sue him.
