I called them today to schedule an appointment for my kids annual checkup. I found out that they do not open on any weekday evenings nor any Saturdays. They advertise they open Saturdays from 9-1pm and Monday and Tuesday till 7pm. When I tried to ask for the next available times in the Evenings and Weekends they said they do not have them. The receptionist on the phone advised that the hygienist is on maternity leave. I totally understand completely, but could you hire a temp or update the website? My question is that your a business, so you don't have coverage? Really? They should understand that people work during the day and kids are in school. Why should I take my kids out of school to go see an dentist for a checkup. I understand if its an emergency if their teeth is bothering them. I didn't even get to step foot in the office and this is the first impression I get? I'm really disappointed that the business end of this dentist office don't care about operations and they should realize that not every customer has children not in school. I guess a lesson learned is to call for the hours before you enroll.

He said maybe it was cracked and needed a crown. I asked what does maybe mean? Can he see the crack on the x-ray. He never answered me directly. I got suspicious and got a 2nd opinion the next day. Turned out I had 2 cavities in 2 teeth. The one in the molar had been there for over 5 years and almost reached the nerve, which would have then needed a root canal. I can even see the black spot with my bare eyes!!! This is aside from the fact he filled a loose filling on the same molar a month ago and never saw the cavity!! In addition, 4 old metal fillings were loose and needed to be redone. Is this guy blind or dumb? This doctor is not only incompetent, he's also a fraud.

My experience is limited to Dr. Royzner so I can't personally vouch for the other doctors in this practice but I'm sure that they are similarly competent. Dr. Royzner did two root canals on me in one appointment and did so with the least amount of discomfort and consummate professionalism. The area where the roots attached to my jaw were badly infected and he managed to save both my teeth. My previous endodontist also did two root canals and the price that they quoted me for out of pocket with insurance was $1,000-$1,030 depending upon whether they had to take an X-ray or not. They ended up charging me over $1,800! (No wonder almost 25% of their reviews are one star!) At this practice I had the two root canals and they quoted me an out of pocket cost (with the same dental insurance mind you) of $1,000. That is exactly what they charged. Highly recommended!

Frechtman Family Dental squeezed me into their schedule at the last minute, first thing in the morning the DAY BEFORE Thanksgiving to fix my tooth so I didn't have to go too long with my tooth broken. Dr Frechtman did an amazing job, and my fixed tooth looks great! I am forever grateful. My second visit was earlier today for a routine exam/cleaning, and again, I was very happy with my visit. Everyone who works there is so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The office is very clean and neat, has a very relaxing/calming atmosphere, and is of course following COVID protocols. My exam/cleaning was thorough and painless, and I was given a lot of helpful information. Everything was perfect.
