The more I have done at this practice the better patient I am becoming. I had a horrible sadistic dentist as a child and it has been a long road to overcoming severe anxiety and panic at a dental office. I thank the staff for their patience and therapeutic approach to handling chickens like me. Never a long wait and always pleasant people.

I was a patient at Share Dental Associates and unfortunately my experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. I initially came in because I needed a root canal, which had already been identified by my previous dentist. However, this office told me I needed to schedule a cleaning before they would even evaluate the root canal. I didn't feel that was necessary, but I went through with it. The cleaning itself was actually the best part of my experience. The female dentist who cleaned my teeth did a very thorough job -- better than cleanings I've had at other dental offices. After that, I finally saw Dr. Patel for the root canal. The procedure was done, but I continued to experience pain in other teeth. I mentioned this during my visit, but after taking X-rays they told me nothing looked concerning and that they would just monitor it. A couple of months later, the pain became much worse in the exact areas I had previously mentioned. I went back and explained that I believed there might be an infection, especially around a tooth with a crown. I was in a lot of pain and felt it had been developing for some time. At that appointment, I waited about an hour and a half just to be seen. When the dentist finally came in, he did not take X-rays and simply checked my teeth briefly before saying he didn't see anything wrong. Instead of investigating further, he prescribed medication and told me to schedule my next cleaning and come back if the pain continued. This was incredibly frustrating. I asked the front desk if I could see another doctor for a second opinion, but they told me there was no other doctor available for that type of work. I told them not to schedule another appointment because I would seek a second opinion elsewhere. Later, the office texted me saying the doctor would like to remove my crown and check for infection. Since that was exactly what I had asked for, I called and scheduled the appointment. However, when I returned, they did not do what they said they would do. They took X-rays and after another long wait the doctor came in, adjusted the crown, and told me the pain was probably coming from the crown being slightly off. The crown was never removed and no further investigation was done. To make matters worse, as he was leaving the room, the dentist suggested that pregnancy can make people emotional and make things seem worse than they are, because I had previously mentioned that I was pregnant. That comment felt extremely dismissive and unprofessional considering I had been dealing with pain for months. After this experience, I went back to my previous dentist for a second opinion. At my first appointment, they quickly found two infections, the crown from the root canal was not seated correctly, and I also had multiple cavities and two crowns that needed treatment. This situation made it clear to me that my concerns were dismissed and my dental issues were overlooked for months. Overall my experience included: * Long wait times * Concerns about pain being dismissed * Promised treatment not being followed through * A comment that felt disrespectful and dismissive There are many dental offices in the area that take patient concerns seriously. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to treatment here.

Please do not come here! At first, my mom had a great experience, so I switched to this dentist…read more Unfortunately my experience was not good. The dentist (don't know her name, but she is a female) was not friendly and the dentist equipment they use, including the light that is directly above you, is obviously broken. And at the very end, right as I was about to leave, I had this pain in my eye and later on I was able to take it out and it looked like a shard of something. The appearance inside and outside overall isn't good. Again, please do not come here.
