Many reviews have mentioned a poor experience with a representative from this company named Juan. Multiple neighbors in our community have experienced this too. But it's not just Juan. Every representative from this company has been aggressive, pushy and rude. I think it reflects how this company is. I would never do business with this company. Juan got verbally aggressive when we attempted to ask about pricing and refused to leave our property, all while screaming at my husband. I did not feel safe with our children in the house. So sales rep/engineer Juan came door to door and were very energetic and enthusiastic about his job. But he went about it the wrong way. He uses race/ethnicity in hopes of closing the sale and he would not take no for an answer. He kept going on about the different Asian countries that he would like to go or been to and that he loves sushi simply because I am Asian, presumably. He couldn't answer when I asked what would be the next step after they tested the water, how much it would cost, what equipment, etc. He kept saying the numbers would come at the end. Okay so I said we don't need this right now, but kept on insisting and went on a tangent about how our other Asian neighbor just spoke to him, and they were happy with the service. At some point after refusing multiple times, Juan kept insisting, my husband had to come down and liberally rescued me from this sales call. We were annoyed at Juan being so pushy about the whole thing, bringing up race when it has nothing to do with the conversation, and ultimately did not respect our decision and time. We also get the vibe that he was looking down on us as he told us that he was a homeowner since he was 20 years old. I agree with what other people are saying. Juan was the worst "sales" man. He was overly aggressive and was using derogatory language. Trying to make my husband feel stupid which was unacceptable. When it doesn't like what he hears he will use any negative thing he can think of. My husband and I bought a unit about 1 month ago and I will say it was a wonderful investment robin was great we appreciate all the education she gave us she did not steer us in the wrong direction.
