Then when I walk back, I get my screening and then I go back into the waiting room and wait for another 10 minutes for the doctor. Finally, I am called back and I wait for ANOTHER 10 minutes before Chen walks in. He has an assistant with him and the skank immediately screams at me when she sees I lowered my mask when I was alone in the room for 10 minutes. I proceed to tell him how unscientific it is that they still require masks and he tries to throw some weak arguments at me, all of which I destroy easily. He literally has no reply. Finally, after I have destroyed every ludicrous "argument" he sputters out for masks, he goes "well, masks are good I general". Meanwhile, he says next to nothing about my hearing. What an absolute quack and loser. He cares more about unscientific masks than his patients' welfare. Honestly, this guy should be disbarred. Shouldn't a good doctor care about science? Reviewers have complained about the wait in her office, and I waited as well, but the entire staff was patient and respectful, and when I saw Dr. McQuone, she took the necessary time to understand my problem.
