Thank You Thank You…read more Thank You to the Drs. and Nurses and the Entire Staff here that saved our son Michael Alexanders life this past month. The action that Michaels team took on the 18th of April with emergency surgery definitely saved his life. Quick thinking and skilled expertise is the Main reason he is still among the living. The Nurses in ICU when we would call for updates were so professional, always telling us the hard truth and reassuring us they were doing everything possible to get Michael up and out of the hospital Alive. Not easy getting the news from 3k miles away in San Diego however we knew that other than praying we could do very little to help our son if we were there in person. Drs., Nurses and Staff were the Miracle workers . Pancreatitis and Pneumonia aren't easy to overcome even with the Amazing Medical Teams here combined with our sons incredible will to live we got a Happy Ending. The other 3 hours were spent waiting in a small exam room. I was running back and forth to the bathroom. They didn't hook me up to an I.V. Of saline solution for about 2 hour. The said I was lucky to get that because there was a shortage. I realize that there might have been sicker people than myself, but the experience was unacceptable. Over the years I have used UPMC Passavant ER a few times and the experience is always the same. From here on out I will use AHN Wexford & I suggest that you do too.

Then when I walk back, I get my screening and then I go back into the waiting room and wait for another 10 minutes for the doctor. Finally, I am called back and I wait for ANOTHER 10 minutes before Chen walks in. He has an assistant with him and the skank immediately screams at me when she sees I lowered my mask when I was alone in the room for 10 minutes. I proceed to tell him how unscientific it is that they still require masks and he tries to throw some weak arguments at me, all of which I destroy easily. He literally has no reply. Finally, after I have destroyed every ludicrous "argument" he sputters out for masks, he goes "well, masks are good I general". Meanwhile, he says next to nothing about my hearing. What an absolute quack and loser. He cares more about unscientific masks than his patients' welfare. Honestly, this guy should be disbarred. Shouldn't a good doctor care about science? This guy is an idiot. Avoid him at all costs.

Reviewers have complained about the wait in her office, and I waited as well, but the entire staff was patient and respectful, and when I saw Dr. McQuone, she took the necessary time to understand my problem.
