The office answered many of our questions and the CT scan that no other ENT did changed her life. I found the office staff to be very patient with our million questions, charges and fatter care. Mom was to the point of walking around with cotton balls in her nose. And no one else explains the blockage where no nasal spray helper was going to get into the canals. There were steps necessary after the office procedure where mom needed a buddy. But after a few weeks of irrigation, she is a whole new person. A must try for every leaky nose person out there!! Note I read other reviews and this is a procedure and we all hope for no complications....so for others but this was awesome for mom vs cotton up the nose

This place caused him so much pain and did nothing for him. Do not go here. Find a good specialist and go there. After the second procedure they said follow up would be with a call. They called and left a message. We returned the call and left a message and they never called back.

    This doctor and his office staff are all very unprofessional. At first, I thought Dr. Mather and…read morehis "head nurse," who is his wife were great. After having the balloon sinuplasty procedure completed my nose would not stop bleeding. They informed me this was all normal but a couple of weeks had went by and I knew something wasn't right. I ended up blowing out one of the strings and part of a baloon that the doctor and his nurse left up in my nose! I called to report my concern and they denied that me blowing a string with part of a balloon out of my nose was even possible. I was outraged and they had me come in for a follow up visit and Dr. Mather was really on the offensive with me being rude. He kept blaming me saying well you must have stuck a Q-tip up your nose and this would explain your constant bleeding problems. I told him absolutely not and said rest assure you will be fine and I was not so trusting of him. I also made him confirm that I would not be charged another office appointment visit since this visit was a follow up post surgery due to complications and he confirmed there would be no charge. I ended up getting bill being charged for the visit so I called and spoke to his billing lady "Susan," and I explained Dr. Mather confirmed with me there would be no charge for the last visit. She basically called me a liar and hung up on me. Then I called back and asked to speak with the office manager and I ended up speaking with Dr. Mather's wife the "head nurse," and she said she would speak to him for me. Then not even one minute later she said she spoke with him and he would never say my post operative follow up visit would not be charged. I told her there was no way she spoke with him that fast because I knew she never even got off the phone with me. I mean how ridiculous and unprofessional can you be to blantantly lie to a patient who had a real medical issue that was caused by the same nurse and doctor? This office is all about cashing in and taking people's insurance money and they are all completely unprofessional.

    Thank You Thank You…read more Thank You to the Drs. and Nurses and the Entire Staff here that saved our son Michael Alexanders life this past month. The action that Michaels team took on the 18th of April with emergency surgery definitely saved his life. Quick thinking and skilled expertise is the Main reason he is still among the living. The Nurses in ICU when we would call for updates were so professional, always telling us the hard truth and reassuring us they were doing everything possible to get Michael up and out of the hospital Alive. Not easy getting the news from 3k miles away in San Diego however we knew that other than praying we could do very little to help our son if we were there in person. Drs., Nurses and Staff were the Miracle workers . Pancreatitis and Pneumonia aren't easy to overcome even with the Amazing Medical Teams here combined with our sons incredible will to live we got a Happy Ending.     Went to the Emergency Room last night for diarrhea and vomiting. Was there for about 3 1/2 hours…read more Of that time about 25 minutes was actually spent with a nurse or doctor. The other 3 hours were spent waiting in a small exam room. I was running back and forth to the bathroom. They didn't hook me up to an I.V. Of saline solution for about 2 hour. The said I was lucky to get that because there was a shortage. I realize that there might have been sicker people than myself, but the experience was unacceptable. Over the years I have used UPMC Passavant ER a few times and the experience is always the same. From here on out I will use AHN Wexford & I suggest that you do too.
