We love this practice. Dr. Bugarija, by far, is the best Dr that we've ever had. He truly cares about his patients. He listens, is compassionate and really wants to help. We also like that he is conservative and will not push unnecessary tests and procedures. My mother is elderly and has a lot of health issues. He's always so kind and wonderful to her. Recently, I had a really odd issue come up and unfortunately Dr. Bugarija was booked. Luckily, I was able to get in with PA Karen Scanlon. She had just been wonderful with my mother so I knew I was in good hands. She was so thorough, kind, compassionate and a good listener. She's partnering with me to help me get to the bottom of it. I've been miserable and am finally starting to feel better. Patti, the nurse, who sometimes answers the nurse line when you call in is very kind and compassionate too. She really listens and tries to help. Unfortunately, if you get the other nurse, you're in for it. She's hateful and really needs an attitude adjustment. She doesn't fit and that practice and should really move on.

He always asks about my life, family, and work. He's very upfront and honest, especially with some stuff which is difficult to talk about, but he's fair and just wanting to help and be straightforward. This I greatly appreciate. He's helped me out with my mental health as well as being proactive for watching for other issues internally. I cannot say enough good things about him. Patients can hear everything that the office staff says, including personal identifying information. They never actually call your insurance to confirm what your rate is. This place is a scam when it comes to how much they charge for a visit. They pick an arbitrary number without checking with the insurance provider. They make you pay there on-site the day of your test or no test. I've never had an MRI where there wasn't a headset or some distraction (movie playing or music playing), literally there was nothing. Just towels against your ears and that's it.
