As years past technology increased by leaps and bounds, although at this doctors office they are still limited to one hospital to obtain its information from. His office is bound to the heritage Valley system that is unable to obtain any information about a patient from any other hospital outside of Heritage Valley Hospital Lab /network. As for me, I want my doctors to have all the information about my medical history, before they make any diagnosis about my health condition. "Like a jigsaw puzzle with one piece missing, it's garbage." So is medical advice without all the results. It was truly embarrassing that my smart phone was capable of retrieving more medical information then this office's system.

Each time I have been seen here, both the receptionist and the doctor have been extremely rude and…read moredisrespectful. They cannot seem to keep track of my files, insurance info, etc. They speak to me in a very condescending tone and as if I have no clue what I'm talking about in regards to my family health history. The doctor rushed through my entire exam while trying to force his medical opinion on me without giving any explanation on his reasoning and continued to reprimand me. He told me my blood pressure should be 90/60 which is an extremely low and unhealthy number! Each time there has been extremely unpleasant and I will not be returning again!
