Solid lattes here in this lowfi RiNo coffee shop on Lawrence, off of the greater activity on Larimer. Quiet shop when I stopped in. So service was great. The ambiance is very comfortable with great bench seating! See picture.

Trendy with decent coffee Came here late morning for a little pick me up. Plenty of street parking and it is inside of an apartment complex, or connected to it. The barista was quick and friendly. Nothing to write home about but reliable coffee, beautiful plants, pastry options and many places to work or chit chat inside. 4/5

This location is new and I was impressed by the ambience and coffee. It is open and airy and good for sit down, studying reading, or just catching up with friends. The interior was modern, and stylish and service was friendly

If you're looking for a spot to grab some delicious drinks and experience super nice ambiance in RiNo, Metropolis Coffee is your spot! The large windows and high ceilings make this the perfect coffee shop for wfh days when you need space and bright natural light. The plants and the decor make this place super warm and welcoming too. I also wanted to mention the seating. There were tons of outlets by the booths across the coffee bar area and they have large more enclosed tables for a little more privacy. Also definitely try the iced oat milk chai if you're looking for a coffee alternative, it was probably one of the best I've had in the city!

Super cute coffee shop with a modern, cute interior and lots of plants! I stopped here with friends to get quick coffee while walking around RiNo. I loved the vibe inside. They offer really yummy espresso drinks, coffee, iced tea, and a few snacks. There are dairy free milk options and I loved that the syrups are house made. I ordered an iced, oat milk latte with cinnamon brown sugar syrup. It hit the spot! Definitely check out this coffee shop for friend meet ups, a cool workspace, or pop in for a pick me up!

This delightful spot is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and invitingatmosphere that's hard to resist. There's are plenty of seating options so it's a great place to get work done. To top it off, the friendly staff are alwayson hand to make your experience even more enjoyable.

I had an incredible experience working from Metropolis Coffee in RiNo today! This location was very spacious, with tons of natural light coming in to brighten up the very aesthetic coffee shop. I loved the decor, especially the plants! And there are outlets accessible from nearly every table. Onto the drinks and snacks - we tried the iced maple cardamom latte (heavier on the cardamom, in a unique and tasty way) and the dirty chai (recommended by our friendly barista and oh-so-good) and enjoyed them both! To eat, we ordered the cacio e pepe croissant and the everything bagel puff. I'd tried the croissant at another coffee shop, but the everything bagel puff was new to me and SO good! There was an interesting savory-sweetness to the Dijon mustard cream cheese. I'd order this again for sure!

This is such a cool coffee shop! I ordered a Chai with oat milk and it was great! The atmosphere was very calm, and has plenty of natural lightning. The shop is attached to an apartment complex, but is easy to find from the street.

Yummy Cortado! Also amazing staff and super cute place! Definitely will be coming back!

Amazing cortado! Great staff and super cute Place! It's brand new so no reviews yet but will definitely be coming back!

Did someone say ceremonial Matcha? Hell to the yea!…read more I had bookmarked this place for our stay in Denver on our trek from California. We always like to scope out the best coffee spots ahead of time. Little Owl did not disappoint! First, it's always difficult to find ceremonial grade Matcha wherever you go. Most of the time it's Matcha mixed with a bunch of other stuff and at best it's culinary grade. The Matcha here was vibrant in color, smooth and slightly nutty. I elected to sweeten it with simple syrup and had it Americano. My husband opted for a vanilla latte with oat milk and while we've stopped at several places so far, this is the best latte we've had on our roadtrip. They make all of their syrups in house and the coffee was smooth and not bitter. The cafe is small and quaint. It does open up into a larger building with additional seating. Customer service was on point, and we even joked about the different types of Matcha and how some places use a ton of fillers and sugar.

I tried the Vanilla Latte which was nicely sweetened, creamy, and soothing. The espresso was pulled well and gave me the caffeine kick I needed to start my day. They have some bar seating here but the cafe also extends into the lobby where you can sit and have a slow morning if you choose. Good try!

They offer a great balance of coffee and matcha options, plus a small but satisfying breakfast/brunch menu that makes it easy to linger a little longer. Naturally, I couldn't resist ordering the matcha cloud, and it absolutely delivered. The ratio of coconut water to matcha cream was spot on--smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced without being too sweet. It's one of those drinks you keep thinking about after you leave. I also ordered the avocado toast, and honestly, every detail was just right. The bread was toasted to perfection--not too hard, not too soft--with a generous layer of avocado spread across every inch. The cherry tomatoes added a nice burst of freshness, and the sprinkle of bacon tied everything together beautifully. It was filling without being heavy, which made the whole meal feel just right. Fair warning: this place is popular. Both times I've visited, it's been pretty busy regardless of the day or time. That said, I've always managed to find a seat. Despite the crowd, it never feels too loud--there's a calm, easygoing vibe, and I noticed plenty of people settled in with their laptops or books, making it a great spot to get some work done or just unwind for a bit. The matcha cloud and avocado toast are definitely my go-to order now, but I'm already looking forward to coming back and working my way through more of their menu.
