Our family was shocked to receive a call from our family member that she was dropped off at incorrect bus stop which in turn she missed her bus with no phone and a non refundable ticket and no phone in-the middle of a unfamiliar city out side her home state . I immediately reached out to the To the greenhouse treatment centers to see if she could go back there and catch the bus the following day however they had washed thief hands of that discharge in no Interest in helping me get my daughter to a safe place you had just come out of a 30 day treat that program. All they could do is say we're sorry She was six hours from home with no phone a tablet, a bag, full of medicine and no personal items. No. Contact number from the treatment center in case you ran into a problem like this So luckily, we were able to get her A new ticket home that left in 2 1/2 hours which puts her coming home 11 hours later than her normal arrival time. I was very discouraged to find out that this leaving center would bring people into the treatment facility cross state lines, and Insurance would pay for the ticket to get them there, but there was no help or concern about what happened when they were dropped off at the gas station. Scared and alone she called home, not knowing what to do or how she was gonna make she was dropped incorrect location with no help insuring the location was correct . Just a driver driver away with no concern for her safety being inastrsnge town . What type of the we program does this describe .I say zero . I'm sure you know that sober Women under 30 days sober . Are Verynot confident they are afraid to make a mistake and they're so close to still wanting relief that they may make the choice that might make their matters worse And personally disappointed in the care she was given upon discharge where does the responsibility lie? A bag of medication that were on large cards with no really way to consume it to hide it from the public I could go on and on about how I feel that some responsibility has to lie on the party that took her in to promise her care just to release her at a very, very delicate part of her life. I'm not sure what the answer is as some of these women and men are desperate. They're just trying to get back to their families and putting them in a place where they feel unsafe they are crying. They are scared and they don't know what to do cause they still don't wanna add more stress to their families that has occurred with their addictions. Helps someone understand the clear picture on what happens at this greenhouse treatment facilities you cannot ask enough questions. Please ask about what happens when they are discharged, especially if they're not in their home state they originally wanted to send her to Las Vegas and I can only imagine the mess that would've been trying to get her home Home Again. I do believe in the power recovery as my husband and I have over 40 years together in Sobriety. Please do your homework before sending your family members off to somewhere where you haven't heard anything about it. Do your Google research as there is someone out there that it's experienced it and may not have had the best solution.

Before you know it, you've dumped your guts out to her and she has pointed out "stuck points" you didn't even realize you had! I was skeptical, but Shaheedra, my therapist, made all of the inhibitions diminish instantly. She was AMAZING! I wish I could say the same for management (specifically Aisha Holman). Although she is the business owner, she has exhibited some skeptical billing practices...to the point of being unethical and illegal. If you are a client, please keep a watchful eye on your billing. My therapist can attest, I paid my copay after each session to keep my balance at $0. My bank account was charged an unauthorized payment of almost $700. After inquiring with my insurance company, Aisha processed insurance claims and charged me full price after accepting my copays for several dates of service. She eventually responded on the portal stating I signed a form expressing I had insurance but wanted to be charged as a self-pay client. She also said I signed a consent form for the practice to charge my card without further authorization. How ridiculous does that sound? I signed no such form. Aisha refused to process the claim through my insurance and refund the payment. I have repeatedly requested a call, a copy of the signed form, and a refund. She does not respond. There were other fraudulent instances, but I can't go into details as this may be pending litigation. I have since reported this practice to the proper regulating board. If you are considering this business, I suggest you rethink it. I know other clients have been affected as I have spoken to at least one other. Please report any questionable activity. She has to stop taking advantage of clients seeking therapy!

The groups are wonderful, and you will learn so much that helps you in the outside world and in everyday life. If there is one thing I want people to know, it's that the staff, program aides, and case managers truly care. They make you feel safe and are very easy to talk to. One of the aides, Lasey, goes above and beyond. She doesn't leave until she knows you're okay and consistently checks on you. She has a calming presence and helps clients who are really struggling find peace and comfort. Can't say enough about Ms. Kara is the person who runs the show. She may sit at the front desk, but she will also become one of your biggest advocates. When she tells you she cares about you or says, "I got you," she truly means it. She wants you to succeed and move forward into a better life. I remember showing up one day, and she told me how pretty I looked and that she was proud of me. She was proud of me and then wrapped me in one of her giant Kara hugs. Even though I mentioned two people specifically, all of the staff are caring and supportive. They won't let you feel sorry for yourself, but they will help you recognize the direction you need to go and encourage you every step of the way. This place and its staff truly helped save me from my depression. Ms. Kara says this isn't your first home, but your second home, and that really reflects how they make you feel. They also offer TMS, and for me it has been a complete game changer. If you are considering getting help for yourself or a loved one, make the call and take that step.
