We had to move the install from morning to afternoon when an employee called in sick, and Mike bought me lunch as a thank-you for my flexibility. The message here is this company appreciates its customers and treats them right. Oh, and the shutters look great and are of the highest quality--equal to or better than the samples shown by the competition. Bottom line is I got more for less, and that is ALWAYS a good thing!

After all shutters were installed 3 do not work properly. GO ELSE WHERE. As of June 13,2017 they have not reported the broken shutters. Needless to say they were broken when they installed them. They send someone different repair person each time and they all have different ideas how to fix them but nothing ever get repairs. They were there Wednesday the 13 looked at shutters said they would let me know by end of Wednesday the 13 and still not a word. We have been dealing with this for going on 8 months never had such inconsiderate and poor service in my life As of today 6-27-17 still no follow-up from the service call on 6-13-17. I was told they would follow-up the same day they were there. Nothing.....in fact Nick stated that I am making a big deal over shutters that hang on the wall. Tell me Nick if you spent the money we spent for a product and has taken much longer than it was stated it would take then several of the shutters do not work properly since installation wouldn't you be a little upset? Anyone would be. All I want is what was sold to us to work correct without the hassle. Seems a hassle is what a person gets when dealing with this company. Well another week and still no word from this so called respectable company. Still not servicing what they sale. Still not fixing the shutters that were not working correctly when installed. Wish they would just do what they said they would do. Sale a product that is working and repair what is broken. Then I would not have to deal with them again. We were told the shutters have lifetime warranty. Any HELP Well another week and still no contact from them regarding the shutters they sold and refuse to service. I hope these updates are helping people realize this company is not what they say. Keep in mind they also sell shutters for big box stores yet they say there service and quality is better. I am here to say there service is not better. They still have not fix broken shutters they installed Broken. Looking like they have no intention of fixing them either.

He quoted me $300 which I thought was high, but given the great reviews and how much I cared about the chair I wanted it done right. When I came to get the chair, not only were there all kinds of spots where paint was missed, someone put their dirty hands on it before it dried and the handprint could not be cleaned off. The worse part was that in one spat on the front part of the high back, there was a big yellow patch that was caused by poorly applied lacker. When I went to pay with a credit card, they reacted like I was pulling a gun out of my wallet and went on to tell me how they pay 5% for credit card payments, which NOBODY. Pays. Moreover they tried to charge me an extra $50 for the upholstery which they never said was extra when they gave me the quote. I even brought in the material. I broke my golden rule then when I walk into a place that is a disaster area, I walk out. Sloppy work spaces almost always mean sloppy workmanship.

I'm writing this review while looking at my brand new and amazingly looking kitchen, dining room…read moreand living room :) I was introduced to Eran and Liran from Flux Construction by my architect/engineer Kobe from By Marciano (you should check my review on him). The situation I was in at the time, in short, was that I hired a contractor who promised me the world, started working without permits, removed a few load bearing walls without engineered plans, took some money, and a short while after demolition left and never came back. My entire first floor was a disaster zone. I needed a contractor asap, but no one wanted to deal with something like that, the ones I interviewed either refused or gave me insane quotes. Kobe was working on my building plans at that time and recommended I meet with a contractor he knows. He connected between Eran and I and we met a couple of days later. Both Eran and Liran came to our meeting, they spent over two hours listening to me, asking questions, taking photos, writing notes and providing me with good suggestions. Not even once that I felt like they're not interested with the job. A few days later I received the most organized and detailed quote I've seen, everything was in there in writing and easy to understand. The quoted price was fair and within the range I always had in mind. I hired them for the job and I'm very grateful that I did. They brought all of their energies into this project, they assisted me with interior design, cabinetry, tiles, shopping for finishes, everything that I needed help with. They brought wonderful sub contactor's, that did a great job from the ground up, and managed them to perfection. In a matter of days I couldn't even see a bit of the mess the previous contractor left. The crown jewel was that not only they did a great job but they also finished ahead of time and on budget. I honestly can't be more happy with the whole process and I feel like I won the contractor lottery on my second try.
