Units are available 24/7 for customers. Also, the employees have always been really helpful. They have even offered to help me carry a few boxes etc. The guys who detail the trucks when they come back are always careful that they are not in my way when accessing my unit. The rental on the truck was pretty cheap, the only negative thing I could say is that the storage units are a bit pricey. For the largest unit, I paid about $150/month. Its really not terrible, I feel like I got what I paid for. However, you could probably find something a bit cheaper outside of Trussville. It all depends on what you are looking for. For me, I will definitely return.

My husband found this company through another chimney sweep company. The technician, John, was able to come on MLK holiday. He listened to what we needed, did a thorough inspection, and worked on repairing the pilot. It took him less than an hour to get everything working. The price he told us was very reasonable. We were relieved when he told us that our igniter was no longer working and we needed to replace it. He said that he would need a couple of days to quote the price for the igniter, and then when the part arrived, he would schedule the service to replace the igniter. Convinced they were legit I completed their CONTACT US email form describing the landscape work I wanted them to price. In case the guys wouldn't check the inbox for internet contact emails I decided to call the office and Cameron, one of the owners, answered. He said that he had just seen my contact email and we discussed the work I needed. Because it was a landscaping job he said he'd have his business partner, Brantley, call to coordinate an appointment. I understood that he'd need to look at the work before giving me a price. I told him I did not want the add-ons I just wanted the carpet cleaned so the technician sprayed some stuff on the carpet ran this machine over it mind you it only took 25 minutes for him to finish and it looks no better now than when he came in. As far as the $88 the technician agreed to use the spot remover to get the high traffic areas out for $100 so I paid him the hundred dollars and when he got ready to leave he said everything looked great when it dried in an hour. An hour later no better and it was already after closing time so the company would not answer the phone but that didn't stop the technician from cashing my check.This morning when I called the company I spoke to someone on the phone who said the manager would call me right back no one ever did so now I'm going to have to get a real carpet cleaning company to come clean my carpet
