I decided to try safe dry carpet cleaning and they showed up for their three room $88 special which turned into $300 with all the add-ons. I told him I did not want the add-ons I just wanted the carpet cleaned so the technician sprayed some stuff on the carpet ran this machine over it mind you it only took 25 minutes for him to finish and it looks no better now than when he came in. As far as the $88 the technician agreed to use the spot remover to get the high traffic areas out for $100 so I paid him the hundred dollars and when he got ready to leave he said everything looked great when it dried in an hour. An hour later no better and it was already after closing time so the company would not answer the phone but that didn't stop the technician from cashing my check.This morning when I called the company I spoke to someone on the phone who said the manager would call me right back no one ever did so now I'm going to have to get a real carpet cleaning company to come clean my carpet read more
