The rates secretly rise with no notification whatsoever. I eventually talked with someone onsite who said they would keep my rate the same and would not increase it any further...Well they just bumped it up even more. I initially rented this unit for about $60... I'm now being charged $160 (for a 5x10). Finally decided to move to a different location and when I went to move out of my unit, everything I own was covered in rat poop. Can't get out of there fast enough. I should've left a long time ago.

Once inside, Andrea greeted me and asked how she could help. She quickly pulled up my order and gathered the boxes I had purchased. She went above and beyond by helping me carry them out and somehow worked magic getting them to fit into my Chevy Malibu, which was truly no small task. I was so grateful for her patience, and willingness to help. While inside, I also picked up some packing labels. One thing to note is that they do not accept tap to pay, so Apple Pay will not work. Be sure to bring a physical card. Overall, great customer service and a very positive experience thanks to Andrea. Moving is stressful enough, and her kindness made it a little lighter and a lot easier.

Units are available 24/7 for customers. Also, the employees have always been really helpful. The rental on the truck was pretty cheap, the only negative thing I could say is that the storage units are a bit pricey. For the largest unit, I paid about $150/month. Its really not terrible, I feel like I got what I paid for. However, you could probably find something a bit cheaper outside of Trussville. It all depends on what you are looking for.
