They replace glass and clips and screws but left molding askew. When I mentioned it they said it was as tight as it should be, not addressing the aesthetics. Second truck glass was good but made a crackling sound at 60+ mph. When I asked they said the wipers, the molding or the post could cause that but offered no remedy. Said my 2014 truck was old and that could be the cause. I see the old reviews are good but later reviews indicate they really don't care about Quality workmanship or customer service.

She arrived exactly ten minutes late and was told to leave and reschedule. The lady at the front told her the fifteen minutes was just a corporate rule. I have a bit of OCD and was bummed that the car would no longer be 'perfect.' Insurance set up my appointment for Wednesday afternoon and I wish there were more than 5 stars. Cosmetically way way way more than expected! Very pleased! Also must mention how nice the entire staff was! Stuff like this is pretty common where I live but I'm going to sleep a little better knowing what these guys in Mobile are capable of.

I had taken my car to them in the past for a busted windshield so I called and left them a message about my situation and when they opened Monday 7/7/25 they returned my call. I was able to schedule a replacement for this morning Tuesday 7/8/25 to have my windshield replaced. This is a small local business. They took car of helping with my insurance claim and all I had to pay was my deductible. I'm happy to be a repeat customer of theirs!
