*DO NOT BRING EXPENSIVE DRAPES HERE TO BE DRY CLEANED.* I brought my drapes here on 6-7-18, I was told they would be ready on 6-11. On 6-11, I went to collect and I was advised they were not ready. They said "the curtains require a specific method of cleaning & it takes longer" I knew then something wasn't right. I returned the next day to pick them up, once I hung them I immediately noticed huge oil stains on 1 of the curtains and looked wrinkled and badly treated. I went back the following day & spoke to Dan Tran he offered to re-clean the curtain. I allowed them to do so. They were unsuccessful and had additional oil stains. I showed Dan the cost of the drape of which it was $78 and requested they replace the damage curtain, he only offer to refund the cost of the service. Business here is great, don't get me wrong but if you are getting your belongings delivered, hopefully there isn't a delay caused by the delivery driver that works for them. You guys should really consider who you hire as a driver to deliver. Reckless driving, speeding, phone usage while driving. It is clear as daylight that he isn't concerned about himself or others while driving, not acknowledging the consequences that could happen because of his careless actions. List goes on and on. They used to be much better, but in the past few months they have repeatedly not had my clothes ready on time, lost a shirt, and not always returned my clothes clean. I think sometimes they're not actually dry cleaning, but just steaming and ironing instead. The last batch I dropped off took four days before I got them back. read more

If I could rate this cleaners a ZERO I would. After many years of patronizing this business on Friday I had to call the police. When I arrived Friday I opted to do the drive thru option. I had items to pick up and a dress to drop off that I need cleaned for my grandmother's funeral. When I received my quilt I realized it had alot of lint on it. I ask the lady that was waiting on me could they re-clean it. She went and got the manager after asking the manager who was rude if they could re-clean it she stated it wasn't going to come out and that I brought it to them that way. I told her I had never washed it for it to have lint thats why I brought it to the cleaners. At this point I asked for the owners info. I had known the owners and talked to them often when coming in. Then she told me she was the only person i could talk to and they had new owners. I asked again for their info and her name. She became upset and took my clothes threw them in the back seat and told me to "get my shyt and get out and never come back". At that point i asked the other young lady for her name and she said we not going to tell you. I pulled in front of the cleaners and called the police. They closed early and left. I would like to speak to the owner bc they need to know what is going on. I also have a police report on file with HPD. Also i paid for my clothes in advance. FinallyI I have never ever been treated like that in my life. I have spent thousands of dollars at that place of business and I am in disbelief. read more

I have been going here for about 5 years for dry cleaning required bedding and clothing as well as for many repairs of holes and worn items. They have always done an excellent job and have great prices especially for the clothing repair. I will continue to take my business here even with new ownership, I have not noticed a difference in what I value about them. read more

This is Metro Cleaners. They ruined my new French cuff shirts. You do not fold and crease the cuff unless you ask them to and if you do, you do not fold it crooked and then burn the shirt. They ruined the shirt I was to get married in. It was brand new, white and now it has blue spots on it and perma creases on the cuffs and they are BURNED and yellow from the filth on their filthy press. They also ruined two other French cuff shirts I took at the same time by folding and creasing. They are all folded crooked and where the crease is it is yellow form their filthy press. My pants had two creases in the front and when I showed them they said "SO". Also my NEW suit was pressed so poorly that the front looked like a crocodile because they didn't smooth it out inside before pressing. The suit was new and now it has this fowl odor. ALL this two days before my wedding!!! Unfortunately I didn't check the clothes till I got home and when I took them back they will not replace my clothes and will not refund my money for the cleaning. Your wardrobe is an investment.
