They then cancelled this delivery date and got a delivery date of Wednesday 11/27/24. They texted me that they would deliver in the morning before noon and the delivery would need a signature. I texted back yes, I would do that. I ran out as soon as the delivery truck rolled up and waved to the driver so I could sign and get the package, but she drove away. She did not attempt to text or call to say she was here before I saw her and ran out of the house and waved at her. They then wanted to postpone the delivery until 11/29/24. I said this was unacceptable because it is an urgently needed medication. Called customer support and they started a support ticket but would not let me speak to a case manager. They said it would be a priority and would be delivered later today, but we will see.

The driver sped off, parked across the street from the neighborhood, updated the delivery as "tried to deliver", uploaded a blurry photo of nothing, and left. We tried to call and report it and received no help other than the international headquarters who just said he will try again tomorrow. The driver never got out or made any attempt to deliver but rather avoided delivery altogether. Very put off by the bizarre incident.

Because of the size, I was told it would cost more to ship as it would have to be double boxed. The price was fair and It arrived in good time. Sadly it arrived very broken so I called Chioneso right away and sent an email with several pictures of the damaged box, thin packaging, and the broken lamp. Naturally, she was surprised and she would file a claim with UPS for me. She was very nice and told me Parcel Handy would make this right. I have been calm, courteous, and patient with every interaction. It has now been 6 months since it was shipped to me. Numerous phone calls and emails over the last 6 months have provided me with no compensation of any sort, and now it goes straight to voice mail when I call. So now I am out over $400 for a lamp that I did not break and can't fix. EDIT: 05/11/2022 Chioneso and Parcel Handy has fully reimbursed me and I am satisfied.
