They also had to install some new jacks in some of the offices. Mark and his crew were very professional and completed the job on time and within budget. Mark saved us a bunch of money by telling us we could keep some of the existing Cat5 cabling, when he could've made a ton more money by suggesting we replace it all with Cat6, which we had initially planned to do. Later, Mark and his son came and installed two 85" TVs in our conference room. The TVs took up the entire wall and there were reinforced steel plates behind the wall. It was not an easy job. Mark was very professional. He showed up on time. He told us the mounts he preferred to use and gave me a link to purchase them. The TVs turned out great!!

I'm a young street woman (homeless some say) and I've been staying in SF. Well, I was badly robbed recently, cards, ID, passport, phone, cloths, all gone. I've had it real rough. I journeyed like 60 miles today on public transit phoneless to find myself in Fairfield picking up my fresh ID. Then I met Cristina at Metro. I was real with here, my budget was super limited, I had tons of needs, and I just asked if she could look into it. This bitch hooked me up. I left with a Galaxy, a super awesome plan, and a new faith in humanity. I've been a personal Metro customer for years, and they've seen all my crazy, I was also an East Oakland social worker for 4 years and they always found a way to put a phone in the hand of my wildest, pickiest, poorest clients. Thank you metro. Just thank you.

When my brother went to the Oakland…read moreCricket store to pay his bill and he asked about the Cash amount he had on his account, he was told, there was no amount on his account. I went in to the Fairfield Cricket store in person to ask, about what happened to the money I had gifted on my brothers account, they looked into his account and said nothing was payed, I asked the girl that took the money, if she remembered me and she said Yes, I asked her what happened to the Cash I had given her, she told me, I did not give her any Cash. Unfortunately I did not ask for a receipt and I was not given a receipt. I learned my lesson, not to trust any employee with Cash and to Ask for a receipt. In my small amount of relief, after I left Cricket Store, is "I have a different Cell Phone Service". I will tell my brother to join my Cell Phone Service.

We needed the services of Mr. Rooter of the Tri Valley after our kitchen sink line backed up again…read more We had used the company previously to have the kitchen line cleaned out a few years back. That experience was amazing. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly had our line open and running again. We didn't hesitate to have them come back out to unclog the line this time. We booked online and there was an appointment available the next day. Got an email confirmation that night and a phone call the next day to let me know the tech was on the way. Gosha arrived on time, and provided a detailed explanation of the options and charges available. He even added the discount I clicked on from the booking website. He had the line open and flowing in less than an hour. He even snaked further down the pipe just to make sure things were corrected. Cleaned everything up and provided warranty coverage information. I could not be happier with the service Mr. Rooter provides and will definitely use them again if the need arises, and would highly recommend them to everyone.
