NO ONE in this store is helpful. Phil told me three times over the course of a week that he would push my issue higher, but never called back and when I went in the store today no one else had any knowledge of the problem - enter Arani, who was identified to me as the manager who could help. Arani spent 20 minutes arguing and condescending to me about how I didn't understand the bills I was looking at (I have an MBA and love when entry-level workers try to explain billing to me). At the end there was no resolution - I said "what the fuck" out lout and Arani took it as a personal attack and told me they wouldn't help me at this store. No worries, FCC complaint has been filed!

My co-worker called them, and after letting them know the big stains were because of coffee, they agreed to come back and reclean those spots on the carpet for no additional charge. Okay, awesome. They were supposed to be here at 11. My clients have put their cats in the bathroom while the four of us have been waiting for them to show up. At 11, my co-worker called and the gentleman said that they were on their way. Where are they coming from - Phoenix? This has been a big inconvenience for my clients, to say the least. The impression that I'm getting is that if you aren't paying again, we'll just come whenever we feel like it, no matter what you were told on the phone. One of my residents has FAS and a very short temper and is beginning to get annoyed because we are still waiting and he wants to get his lunch at Wendy's. This is terrible customer service and also dishonest. I've spent a long time in customer service and this is appalling. I understand that things come up, but this is no way to treat your customers. Get it together, Howie's!
