Luckily for me, the gentleman at the counter was thinking more clearly than I was, checked out the phone, and said it was still under warranty so there didn't expect there to be any out of pocket expense on it (and he was right). He then set my expectations for timing, noting that it could take longer than normal because of warranty work approvals being needed from the manufacturer, and that after a holiday it can take a bit longer, but that 24 hours was the maximum. It only took about four hours to fix it, it's working beautifully now, and it took about ten seconds to pick up the phone. I STRONGLY recommend this store! They're fantastic!

They contacted me back the next day and advised my ps5 was repaired and everything seemed to be fine. I picked my console up and when I took it home, it didn't even power on when I hooked it back up. I immediately called them and went back the same day. They stated they would look into it and see what's going on. They later gave me a call and said the device is still not powering on. I was advised by a manager by the name Justin that they didn't have the "necessary equipment" to figure out the problem. I ended up picking up my device and taking it to another repair company. The tech from the other company informed that whoever worked on my ps5 previously used too much Liquid Metal which leaked into my motherboard causing the system to malfunction. I also have photos taken from the tech as proof. At this point I am owed another ps5 from UBreakiFix. Justin told me to bring the device back to him to look at it again. I didn't hear an update from him as it has been nearly a week, so called them and Justin went on PTO without giving an update. He also got his higher up Monique involved but I was never contacted by her personally. I had to call and speak with another manager who finally gave me a device replacement almost a month later. Overall customer service and communication was terrible.

The screen began shaking, scrambling, and becoming unusable almost immediately after I left the store. The phone's back cover was also loose. I returned more than once, but the problem continued. I had been told there was "no warranty," but I was never told before paying that the replacement screen might work only intermittently. When I complained, I was told something along the lines ofllllthat sometimes these screens work and sometimes they do not. A no-warranty repair is not the same as paying $212 for a screen that appears defective immediately. Had the risk been clearly disclosed beforehand, I would not have authorized the repair. If the screen is compatible with my phone, the expectation if for it to operate correctly at least for 3 - 6 months. Leaving the store and before getting into my car and not working, is extremely disappointing especially after spending over 200.00.

They owed us 12 months back pay. so we took the phones unopened back to jr and said we can't get the phones cause we need to get our money back from corporate. He started yelling I will get you your money right now I am corporate. He is not, then the other girl in there starting yelling f this and that. It was awful. i also wanted our money back for the cases and chargers he sold us. we can't use them. we were there over a hour and a half and he said he would get everything straightened out. He lied. He said on your receipt it says no refund only store exchange. I said we want our money . He said what u going to do call the police . I said maybe better business bureau. I was crying and told my husband I'm going to the car. It was so hot in there in 90 degrees outside and no air in there but a fan. then we had to go to verizon store down the street and he was corporate and they took the phones back and we explained the situation and they were very nice. So we had to go back to at&t to put our phones back to them cause he had them transferred before we even had the phones. so now we keep getting a bill from verizon and we never had them. So called corporate and they said we don't owe it. ok thanks and then we get another bill now we have to call again. Verizon was very nice and considerate . But that jr guy and his girl they were awful. they scammed us. Now our phones are so messed up and this has been almost a month now. I would never go there for anything every again. SO be careful.
