We partnered with TruEdge Communications to provide coverage to our shop and barn areas, simultaneously broadcasting the same signal to our home and area surroundings. DC Wireless ISP, Inc provided a signal to our ranch (a great story there as well as we have no phone/cable and hate satellite coverage) and the rest is fabulous history!! TruEdge listened to our needs, communicated well with us in appointment timing and explanation of design and cost. I had to replace my phone and my customer service rep Tim went above and beyond to make sure that…read moremy new phone exchange from my iPhone 15 to iPhone 17 went as smooth as possible. However there seemed to be several miscommunications and errors made on the part of T-Mobile themselves and NOT the CSR Tim. I appreciated his direct communication with T-Mobile and making sure that the mistakes made on their end during the transaction were not an inconvenience to me. Even though the entire process took over 3 hours and even into the following day, Tim continued to deal with T-Mobile on the back end while making sure that I left the store that day with a functioning phone and he shouldered the entire transaction for me which I appreciated. I wanted to give 5 stars but I just couldn't due to the lengthy hassle caused entirely by T-Mobile themselves. I'm grateful for Tim's take-charge attitude and professionalism he maintained while dealing with difficult reps on T-Mobile's end. It's hard to find service like that these days and I wanted to make sure his 5 stars service was acknowledged. Thank you so much!!
