When someone is relying on a time-sensitive service, especially while traveling, a last-minute cancellation can create major problems. Since I wasn't local, rescheduling wasn't an option. I understand that emergencies happen, but canceling with such little notice after confirming the appointment was extremely disappointing and left me scrambling to find another solution. Based on my experience, I wouldn't rely on this service if your documents are time-sensitive.

I asked about some files that had been backed up on One Drive. He was able to retrieve these files and then replace my hard drive. Earlier this year (2025) I opened up a private mailbox with them, and now I visit more frequently. The staff are incredible. They are always friendly, efficient, and quick to answer any questions. I also appreciate that this location sells merchandise from local small business, such as handmade soaps that I like to buy. For whomever it may concern, the parking here is great, and there is a drive-thru available. A covered bike rack is nearby as well, and the suite is accessible by wheelchair.
