Sam looked at the current installation, and provided a quote for the upgraded service, the very next day. As soon as the ordered equipment arrived, he made arrangements to come to the building for the installation. The job had some unexpected problems, mainly bad wiring, which Sam replaced. He installed the equipment, made it look great, in fact, one of his before-and-after pictures shows how bad our equipment looked before he arrived, and how organized and clean it looked when he finished! Documentation was provided with pictures and arrows, a really top-notch job done on docs. I really have an appreciation of that because this is an area most techs drop the ball on. They cancelled in May 2026 they knew they would pay that month and a cancellation fee. My parents are older I checked their bank statements and they still got charged for June, and July. When I called after I got the bank statements the customer representative said because it was because they did not remove the debit card. They did not reimburse them and said that they would remove the debit card as if that made it okay. I don't trust this company or how they treat the elder the service is not good, the over gauging is terrible, and they take advantage of older people. Don't use them.
