The crating was very professional with all foam lined box, with lots of paper packing, some foam to insulate wear potential spots and cross boards to secure the clock in place. Sean, at my request, sent a picture of the crate ahead of time so that if there was any shipping damage I would have evidence of what it looked like before it left. When we tried to give him very specific instructions on how to handle the pieces he came unhinged and started f-wording and yelling at my employee to not call him again. I called him myself to try to reason with him and explain we have very specific instructions we must follow for packing, he proceeded to hang up on me several times, when I called back he accused me of being the one hanging up on him and f'bombed me and asked 'if our phones were f'ing retarded' Mean and unprofessional!
