Very helpful. I caught them when they weren't busy. Jeanette was very patient as I had many questions. They were careful to explain plan options and make sure I don't get ripped off. read more

I was at the Morgan hill location on 8/23/2025 around 3:15pm. Let me start by saying I have been a Metro customer since 2017 up until 8/23/2025. I was at the store with my newborn, there were 3 customers ahead of me and only 2 associates available, they were both men one was wearing glasses I don't think he spoke Spanish and the other was Latina and spoke a lot of Spanish. The 2 customers the associates were assisting was taking quite some time so, I asked "how much longer will it take" so I know if to come back or it's worth waiting. The associate with the glasses said he is looking at another ten minutes, the Latina one didn't respond, I believe his name was Jose because I did ask an associate in the Gilroy location when I told them about my experience in Morgan Hill. Anyways, I waited some more. It got to a point that my newborn was crying a lot, it has been 30 minutes of me standing and waiting with my crying baby. It was finally my turn and the other guy that I believe his name to be Jose was the one available to assist me NOT the one with the glasses. When I got to him, I made a sarcastic comment saying " it's finally my turn 1 hour later" then he looked at me with such disgust and attitude. Not even a "thank you for your patience" comment or anything related to that, nothing at all instead all I got from him was bad attitude. I wanted to add a service plan on my Apple Watch since that is a service metro now provide so then he took my watch and said "this is an apple watch" like I didn't know my watch that I've had for 1 year now. Then I replied and said "yes I know what it is" and then all hell broke loose, he lost it. He started getting upset saying if I don't want him to help me I can leave and I said no, I've waited for almost an hour and I would like to be helped. Then he said he doesn't want to do it anymore so I had to leave to the Gilroy location since the other guy with the glasses was still not free. It was the most horrible customer experience I have ever received in my entire life and to say the least, I was humiliated by the experience he gave me. Let me also mention that this was not my first bad encounter with this Jose guy, he as assisted me in the past before and he is not a very pleasant person to come in contact with. I have worked at Hilton providing customer service to guest/client and I treat people with the upmost respect and courtesy so when I see someone in a position where they should be providing good customer services to people and they are not doing that , it frustrates me deeply. And he is "supposed to be the manager so I was told" not in a million years he does not deserve to be in management position. METRO BY T-MOBILE, THANKS TO "JOSE" OR WHOEVER I WAS INTERACTING WITH AT THE MORGAN HILL LOCATION ON THE DAY 8/23/2025 AT AROUND 3:15PM not the guy with the glasses YOU JUST LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER THAT HAS BEEN AROUND SINCE 2017. read more

My latest visit was on Saturday, September 30th. I have been here before this latest visit. Both times I've been assisted by Selene. She is phenomenal. Every time she goes above and beyond where customer service is involved. Also, she knows the phones that Metro sells, at least for sure the different Samsungs. When little quirky things have happened to my phone, she immediately knows how to restore my phone. Also, she helps where other representatives have said, contact 6-1-1. My latest trip to this location was to get data and telephone coverage while in the French territory, Martinique. As it is also part of the Caribbean, when she first contacted Metro PCS (probably 6-1-1) to see whether or not there was coverage there, she told the person on the line that it was Caribbean. However, I whispered French territory, she didn't just accept no. She provided more information and next thing you know, my phone would be covered for ONLY an additional $10. Awesome. She just works with her customers. Both times that I've been here, she's able to work with 3 customers at a time. While one person's contacts may be updating, she's on to the next customer. Selene, you are FABULOUS and very much appreciated by this MetroPCS user. Thanks a bunch! read more

sadly to say not only is their receptionist rude , and forgets to hang up the phone as she is making rude comments towards you. They attempted to fix our washer which didn't happen after 3 attempts. Thankfully it was under warranty and replaced . To add insult to injury she explained it took a special tech to complete job which manufacturer would not cover and if we wanted it fixed it would cost 250 for the special tech . Come to find out the special tech was a 2nd man to lift the machine and nothing more. Of course reimbursement was out of the question being justified by 3 attempts without success . My advice go elsewhere or be charged for nothing read more

Had a complicated transaction today and Jose the store manager patiently helped me. Thanks Jose!

I have been here on multiple occasions ...it's always the same unhelpful services. Never willing to resolve or make situations easier. I will not come back here ever and would hope they open another office here soon or get on the management???? Like idk. It's just very bad.... I'm not trying to be harsh but I am saying this because I've been here multiple times and its still the same thing. I highly recommend : 1041 E Capitol Expy, San Jose, CA 95121 Metro store. Always goes above and beyond !!!! I would suggest Morgan Hill getting some help from other stores... ASAP. Hope yall the best. read more

Terrible experience on may 2019. There is a woman attending this store (for a better description:with glasses, overweight and a kind of purple hair) who screamed to my old relative (a customer). I had to remain the calm, but she was totally aggressive because my relative was frustrated while he received a different customer service in a different Metro (and how he can know every Metro branch has their own politic?).She talked in a very rude way, and as he was her same age...and as a professional social communicator I know the attendant has to respect and understand the customer, or better don't work in that field. I was going to get a phone line there, but for my internal peace better not. In addition, while the guy beside her was working, she was talking by phone for a long time about her personal issues. OMG! read more

I have consistently received shabby service here in Morgan Hill. Metro PCS is an inexpensive carrier but this fact should not reflect the way customers are handled at the Morgan Hill Metro PCS branch. The people they hire specifically the women, is outrageous. I have walked in there on numerous occasions and in between a client to client conversation, I am asked to wait while they handle personal phone messages and texts. That is absolutely un professional. One day, I took my son and in between a client to client conversation she put me on hold two times as she sneered and laughed at her friends phone comments. We both looked at each other, my son and I, in disbelief. As I walked out my 13 yr old son stated that he had never seen that type of negligence and abuse afforded to paying customers. I run two businesses and I have always given my customers the curtesy of engaging with them in conversation in a direct manner and courteous. I am completely shocked at the way Metro PCS continues to employee people who have no training in business. I was made to feel like an intruder and someone who was wasting their precious personal time, instead of a respected paying customer. Repeatedly. Just yesterday we were trying to make a phone call and our phones had been disconnected. This is odd as our monthly bill is due on the 17th of each month and it was only the 4th. So we called the Morgan Hill branch they informed me that I owed $3.00. This was so upsetting to me because I have my company phone numbers attached to this Metro PCS phone. They told me that the person who took our last payment neglected to charge us this additional $3.00? We immediately called the 611 number only to be told that they don't take $3.00 charges on $10.00 minimum with an additional charge of $3.50 on top of that. They did not apologize or anything. Customers beware this company is negligent and rude. read more

Love this Metro PCS store. Absolutely do! They can be busy at times being the only metro retailer in Morgan Hill however.. they make it worth the wait. Dalia is my secret "Genie in a Bottle'! She is bright, professional, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares for her customers! I have had service with metro now going on 10 years. I have been coming to this location since day one. They know me, they know my phone, they even know my kids' phones! I always call in advance to let them know two things 1. What my issue is I need help with and 2. That I'm on my way because.. the princess does like to play with the faux mobile phones they have juuuust within her reach so I have to prepare them. No, she's not a brat, she's decidedly adorable playing pretend phone and she takes talking with all her princess friends very seriously. If you have questions and need answers.. THIS is the Metro PCS to go to. If you want NO pressure sales and info on the latest gadgets and deals THIS is the Metro PCS to go to. I have recommended many a people to Metro and and they are all very happy making the switch! Unlimited talk/text/internet.. I LOVE my phone and I adore Dalia.. and yes, the rest of the gang to! read more

Great service! I walked in to get my nephew a birthday present. The young man at the counter was very helpful! Very knowledgeable about their product. He suggested a smart phone. Had me all set up right away! Only reason I gave a 4 star I'd because of their very limited choices. But overall a great experience! read more

The worst customer service, it's like dumb and dumber on duty today.. save your time, go elsewhere

I agree with Wendy--Selene is amazing! She provides fantastic customer service and quickly handled my switchover from AT&T to MetroPCS. I'm now paying half as much for more data per month, and it really is just $40 per month. My old Samsung S5 Active was breaking down (charging socket faulty) and I got a $169 credit which was exactly enough to get a Samsung 7. Everything transferred over quickly, I'm stunned at how much of an expert Selene is at doing this. read more

I have never seen such a nasty customer service in any place the woman who was working there has no respect for customer and know nothing about handling customer, I was there this morning and complain about my phone which I bought one month ago and I show her that it does not send my call, she took my phone and brought the battery out and put in again inside the phone gave back it to me with a face that, claim it was to easy to fix it and I just waste her time, I told her I would like you solve this problem properly, not just removing the battery , "we told you about all this problem at the same day you purchasing it and you knew that already and i can not do any thing for you and you have to go" she said!!, " if you told me that information at the same day i would not pay more than $500 for buying problems" I said "you know what, you did not purchase your phone here and we have no form here under your name and if you stay longer I will call the police"!!! and I asked her to look for my form ." I can not looking for your form between 100 of forms " she said. when I reminded her it's her job, " I am talking too much and I am rude"she said to me. than she make a phone call to her coworker, instead of talking my matter complained to him about me and told him yah , yah, I know they are all the same, you know how I am suffering dealing this things she was so annoying and provocatively acting outrageous ...... than I asked her , her name and her supervisor name " I will not let you know neither my name nor my supervisor name. I should congratulate Metro Pcs for their professional employee. read more

I am so disappointed the new staff is rude and not helpful. They do NOT stand behind their product. The phones are POOR quality and do not last. I just purchased a phone on June 21, and it is failing. I know when I got back to the store they will treat me poorly... Anyone with a complaint should call the owner Greg, AT&T here I come. read more

The costumer service here is so far the worst. I am having problems with my phone. I am paying the insurance so I wanted a new replacement. They assured me it wasn't my phone that It was the charger. I bought a new one just to make sure, they told me to come back if my phone kept on having the problem. I go back today and José the salesman took a look at it and told me that my phone was perfectly fine and that if something is wrong it was my fault because I don't know how to charge the phone. And kept on making excuses on how he couldn't help me. I haven't seen someone more uninterested in solving or helping a costumer. I would not recommend in fact I would warn you not to go to the Morgan Hill store. read more

11-11-17 I am still in shock. I cant believe how this happened. I just walked away from the metro store in the corner of cosmos accompanied by a law officer. I feel taken advantage of mistreated and ofended by the service clerk Selene, which also is the manager. She is the older hispanic lady. After what I thought would be a great black friday promotion, I regred ever going into this business. First she refused to set me up with a free phone when you sign up for a plan. If this was a misunderstanding, there is better ways to explain to their customers. My payment was processed but with the threat that there would be issues down the road. Ok. So what do I do? My phone was up and running. I asked if we should cancel and she said no. I get home and my line is canceled by her. I call cust. care to reactivate. I know this lady is bad news. But, am happy with the phone service associate and my phone is up and running. I get home from work and my phone is canceled again. Omg. Ok. I guess i have to go back to the lady again to try to sort this out. I go in. I tell her i dont want to argue. She starts argueing. She calls me a liar. Am upset. She says I lied and now I lost my money. Omg. Why? I tell her I dont want to argue, I just want my money back. I reach for my phone and my receipt and she yanks them from me. She starts screaming. I panic. I walk out and call the police. She is screaming at me from inside. She is shouting the owners number at me. I am so scared... She talks to someone on the phone and waves the money at me. She says come back inside. I am scared. I call the police again to ask if it is safe for me to go inside. They say wait outside. I wait. The police arrives. I tell the officer what happened. I apologize for wasting his time. I tell him I dont want to argue. We walk back inside together with the officer. The officer asks the lady what happened. The lady calls me a liar. She insinuates am some sort of thief. I am embarrassed. The money I paid is on the counter. I take it and walk out to my car accompanied by the officer. I am embarrased. I had a feeling the lady was aggressive. But, I needed a phone. Now I will never go back to this store. Ever..ever.. I feel a little comfort in seeing the reviews. And that I am not the only one. read more

I will NEVER go to this metro again!I went in there to buy a new phone and the lady attended me well at that moment..Then when she rung me up she asked me if i wanted a case and said I no and she continued with my order and later came out to almost $100!I was surprised on how much it was because the phone was only $50 and the upgrade fee was $15 and I was like wow that's more than what it was suppose to be and she then explained it was more because of tax and the fee and after I didn't say anything more at that moment, but was still confused about the total. After I finished paying, I looked at my receipt because I was still confused on why it was more than what it was suppose to be and saw that she charged me an extra $18 for a kit with earphones and car charger, that i later saw in my bag...I went back to tell the lady why I was charged for that and her explanation was that i had to buy it and it came with it and then i explained to her I obviously didn't want it and didn't ask for it and she just repeated the same thing and then asked me if I wanted a phone case instead and then she switched them and said I had to stay with either one because it "came with it" The day after I went back, still confused, and asked a different employee there and asked her if it was really mandatory for me to buy a kit(earphones) when i bought a phone and then she told me no and told me why I didn't tell the person I didn't want it and I told her i did and then the same lady that attended me before came over and she gave the other employee a stare and then they got on the same page and started saying that it was mandatory for me to buy it because of reasons that didn't make sense and they refused to give me back my money!!!I didn't feel like arguing much with them, although I was really pissed off because $18 is $18 and that is just wrong to do to people! Instead I will NEVER spend my money there again!! I know this was a scam because my sister bought the same phone a couple weeks before and her total was about $70 and she wasn't forced to buy additional things... read more

This Metro Store SUCKS!!!! All the women who work there have no idea what their talking about, i don't even think they know anything about cell phones. All 3 women there have been very rude too me. I went in to this metro store in June of 2014 and bought the Samsung Galaxy Exhibit, when i bought that phone i had the LG L70 and i asked one of the women who work there if the Exhibit is better then the LG and she said yes. That was a FALSE STATEMENT! Because it is in fact not A better phone so that lady lied too me. Then another lady there told me that my phone wasn't under warranty because there is a scratch on the back of the phone of the part that pops off from the battery, she told me that scratch would cause malfunctioning problems which is also another FALSE STATEMENT! Then finally the female manager at the store is very rude. I'm having issues with the warranty phone the just gave me(Samsung Exhibit). A week ago i did a back up and reset on my phone and when it was finished, my phone wouldn't allow me too finish downloading my apps, it wouldn't let me send nor receive text messages, and it won't show any option for the USB. So i got a replacement phone and not only is this replacement phone having THE SAME EXACT MALFUNCTIONING ISSUES but the clock doesn't change time and the alarm clock app does not work. The manager, Dalia, told me and quote "Go too the corporate office, i'm not giving you your money back " This metro store needs too take a good look at them. They are horrible, they don't know what their talking about nor do the help. read more
