Recognizing and appreciating the home's age and historical significance, he proceeded to provide recommendations that would avoid or minimize drilling into the concrete walls and hard wood floors as well as keep the wiring out of sight. The Simply Wired team was amazing! They first focused on troubleshooting the phone landline and ports and found various fixes that needed to be made including up on the roof at the entry point of the phone service line. Once all the phones were working, his team proceeded to crawl into spaces in the basement and attic to route wiring throughout the home, which was a difficult and dirty task on a hot day. They successfully installed a router and multiple access points and drops and made adjusts as needed based on signal strength and reliability. The Simply Wired team was professional, responsive, thorough, and clean throughout the entire job. After more than 20 minutes with no call or text, I returned to the store only to find other customers being helped ahead of me. As I walked back in, I overheard Navid say, "I think he's just here for an insurance claim," followed by what I perceived as a smirk. That immediately made me feel as though my reason for visiting made me less important than other customers. When I asked for his name, his attitude only reinforced that impression. I spoke with the manager, Michelle, but instead of acknowledging my experience, I felt my concerns were quickly dismissed. A customer's perception matters, and this interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. T-Mobile is a national brand that promotes exceptional customer service. My experience at this location did not reflect those standards. Every customer deserves the same level of professionalism and respect, whether they're purchasing a new phone, upgrading, or filing an insurance claim. I upgraded two phones to the new moto edge 2025. Cost 12.50 a month for 2 years per phone. Tax was 55.50 no 35 dollar charge like t moblie stores to activate the new phone. With sams club its wave. And I get to sams club gift cards worth 75 dollars. Estaban was the staff member who helped me. He was professional and polite took care of everything i needed. Have to say one of the best t moblie service and staff member I have meet and dealt with in a long time. They take pride in there job. Clean professional 5 stars for all they do.
