We sit down and I hand him the business account statement and say first off, my wife and i would like to upgrade our phones, they are tied to our business account and this is the place we got them last time. First off, is this still the correct place to do it or do i go to apple to get the phones and bring them here, how does this work? Daniel spends a few minutes playing on his computer and then says he will be right back. He leaves and a few minutes later comes back with a drink in his hand that was half full and he was asking his coworker if he wanted it, I guess he thought he was funny, and then informs me that he cannot talk to me because its my wifes name on the account and not mine. Never says hey, do you mind if i call your wife and get her on the phone to verify your identity. Never says hey, we cant open the accounts without your wife here but you are in the right building and here is how it works. I was furious! Does this Daniel realize he just wasted 2 hours of my life? Where has customer service gone?
