Package wasn't received until the following Monday evening. I went in and the manager said I had to go through Customer Service online/phone and this turned out to be a nightmare - I tried on multiple days for over a week after the package was delivered to get a refund/discount. I finally reached a manager who told me I had to wait until the their accounting showed payment was received. I waited longer and now get a new message after I tried to apply for a billing adjustment. That the package was delivered over 15 days ago and not eligible for a refund. I am just exhausted by this process. I will just use the post office or UPS or LoneStar overnight from here on out. Please educate yourself about their refund process and know it is truly difficult to get your money back.

I called and asked for a refund considering how important these documents were, the lady offered half of full refund. I told her if they could give me a full refund it would be greatly appreciated, upon speaking to the owner he told her no refunds and can come buy more copies if I want. Terrible ownership. Will never be back. Don't come here if you have anything important to copy.

He asked me what I wanted my business cards and shirt to look like and I was able to sit there and make the changes right away. Within a half hour we were done with both the business cards and the t-shirt design. I also wanted to make my business cards different from everyone else's and they were able to do so by putting foil lettering. It took a few extra days for the special foiling, but it was worth it. The quality was great. The printing on the shirts was also good quality work. It's hard to find a good silk screening place who knows how to properly register and align artwork. I've worn/wash the shirt many times and the ink hasn't cracked or faded! Beyond t-shirts and business cards, they also do building signs, banners, and car wraps. The guys there know what they're doing and are very easy to talk to. I would definitely come back the next time I need something printed. They also have a GIANT salt water fish tank in their office, so check that out.

And you can get packages there too. I'm sorry I wasted money on a pi box cuz I'm already getting complaints of people who don't want to send me stuff. I'll be getting one here in a month or so.
