This is a complaint for not receiving the service I paid for. Standard Overnight Saturday delivery…read more I dropped off the package Noon on Friday paid $57 for Saturday by 5p delivery. Package wasn't received until the following Monday evening. I went in and the manager said I had to go through Customer Service online/phone and this turned out to be a nightmare - I tried on multiple days for over a week after the package was delivered to get a refund/discount. I finally reached a manager who told me I had to wait until the their accounting showed payment was received. I waited longer and now get a new message after I tried to apply for a billing adjustment. That the package was delivered over 15 days ago and not eligible for a refund. I am just exhausted by this process. I will just use the post office or UPS or LoneStar overnight from here on out. Please educate yourself about their refund process and know it is truly difficult to get your money back.

It was ready to be picked up just an or two later! Approx 250 pages double sided, black and white, spiral bound with a plastic front and back cover was just over $34. Not bad! I do have to note that the store smelled terrible. Not sure what was going on there, but the whole place smelled like a bathroom... if you know what I mean. I'll assume it was a temporary issue and won't hold it against them.

He asked me what I wanted my business cards and shirt to look like and I was able to sit there and make the changes right away. Within a half hour we were done with both the business cards and the t-shirt design. I also wanted to make my business cards different from everyone else's and they were able to do so by putting foil lettering. It took a few extra days for the special foiling, but it was worth it. The quality was great. The printing on the shirts was also good quality work. It's hard to find a good silk screening place who knows how to properly register and align artwork. I've worn/wash the shirt many times and the ink hasn't cracked or faded! Beyond t-shirts and business cards, they also do building signs, banners, and car wraps. The guys there know what they're doing and are very easy to talk to. I would definitely come back the next time I need something printed. They also have a GIANT salt water fish tank in their office, so check that out.

Recommended to me by a friend-- I cannot say enough great…read morethings about Smart Ship & Print in Euless, Texas! Mrs. Shepherd and her team truly saved the day for me. My children were in a play, and the director had a wish list of items, including programs and a banner, but due to timing, she didn't think it would be possible. I worked on the graphics and, despite the recent ice storm, Smart Ship & Print was still open and able to bring everything to life! Not only did they print everything beautifully, but Mrs. Shepherd went above and beyond. My original measurements were off, and if she had printed it as I sent it, it would have been a disaster. Thankfully, Mrs. Shepherd's keen eye for detail caught the issues, and she restructured the design to ensure it looked professional and polished. I needed business cards at the last minute, and she was able to get them done for me in under an hour! The quality was fantastic, and I couldn't believe how quickly she delivered them. The final products were absolutely stunning, and I received so many compliments. Mrs. Shepherd's dedication, attention to detail, and customer service were unmatched. Plus, her prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of work she delivers, which is so important for a small business like mine. I am so grateful for Mrs. Shepherd and Smart Ship & Print. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of high-quality printing and outstanding service. Thank you, Mrs. Shepherd--your hard work made a huge difference, and I wish you continued success with your business! A really lovely place to rent a mailbox. They have in person boxes or this really cool system called Virtual mail box. The lovely and knowledgeable woman working there explains it well. You get an email with a scan of your new mail and they'll open it or shred for you and scan it- so you don't even have to pick up mail. Awesome for people who travel- like me! And you can get packages there too. I'm sorry I wasted money on a pi box cuz I'm already getting complaints of people who don't want to send me stuff. I'll be getting one here in a month or so. It's a cute building too- it looks like a remodeled vintage gas station or maybe an oil change place. Find them in Euless on Main Street !
