After spending at least an hour reviewing, he advised me to go with another professional that he highly recommende due to their expertise specific to my system. From the start there were problems, with incorrect wiring, broken fixtures, spackling mixture on my carpet, and a lack of communication in general, plus a very loud AC unit hindering my sleep. When I called and asked to speak to the owner, I was told that Travis, not Brian was the owner, which surprised me! Each time I called to report a problem, the problem was fixed within a few hours, but it should not have occurred in the 1st place. Talking to Travis on the phone, I was told they would compensate me by giving me a year of free maintenance. Would I recommend this company, yes I would, but with reservations!
