I attend Kim W's class on Sunday nights, and always leave feeling much better in body and mind than when I arrived. Her knowledge of anatomy, yoga philosophy, along her ability to modify a pose based on student challenges or restrictions makes every class fantastic. Kim's approach is very traditional (no music or essential oils); she instead focuses on leading students inward to focus on their practice without distraction. He really knows how to explain things so that you understand the concept which for me can be hard when you read it. He knows the traditions, the Sanskrit, the history. He teaches the devotional side to yoga as well as the physical side. The atmosphere is nice. It feels like an independent music label. One of a kind and authentic. The other teachers seemed friendly, the owner was totally approachable and just had this kind mannerism about him. the students were of all type from beginner to advanced who were there to learn yoga not do a fashion show. Fast forward a few weeks later and I took advantage of the new student special for $69. It included unlimited yoga and salt options. I've enjoyed Yin so far and will try the salt bed soon. The yoga is held in a halo therapy room with salt added in the room. There are some health benefits noted, but I signed up to find a yoga studio that felt comfortable to practice in. I did notice my airways opened after the first class. There was also tea and coco waiting outside the room. Looking forward to trying more classes and I plan to join after the month is over. I've had a good experience so far, the owners are welcoming and the students practicing as well.

It was such a wonderful experience. The instructor was so sweet and kind, we really explained everything position very well and made us feel very comfortable. The salt room was so peaceful and the waterfall features on the wall made a very nice touch and sound of relaxation. I wish one of the services you offer would also be salt water spa soak too. They offer a wide range of services and different yoga levels too. Thank you for a wonderful time. They also have a little cute gift shop with rocks, oils, bracelets, bags and other different accessories. The studio struck me as rather large, which could just be because I have done most of my yoga classes in NYC and DC. We attended a Sunday afternoon beginner ashtanga class with Jimmy. I thought the class moved a little fast to truly be called a beginner class, but luckily I have enough yoga experience that it wasn't an issue.
