Suzanne by far is the absolute worst instructor. If you are in her class, expect her to throw…read moreorders with no explanation of how to do specific moves. Trust me she will tell you what you are doing wrong but she will never demonstrate or explain what you need to do first. So you will need to look at others in class in the hopes that they know what to do. So your crystal ball should never be out for repair and you definitely will need to be tapped into the psychic network to be able to successfully complete the class. Expect a high level of frustration even after completing 350 classes you must expect to be totally lost. Good luck if you go. You have been warned.

Came here for a class on Sunday! This was by far the nicest Club Pilates studio I've been to and…read moreI've been to 5 others. I appreciated that the front desk and shopping area was separated by a door, so the studio where you work out was more private. Class wasn't interrupted by front desk answering phone or greeting a member like it has been at other studios. Plenty of space to store your stuff during class. Studio was also clean. Music was good and at a good volume. Equipment was in excellent condition. Class was just challenging enough for a Level 1. Sometimes I'm worried it'll be too easy when I go down a level (I'm experienced with Pilates), but it wasn't too easy. I'll be back here for more classes!!

This workout is exactly the kind I look forward to. All movements are targeted, intentional, and do not strain your joints, as you are actively working against your own body weight. There is an instructor for every personality and ability but my favorite is Karlie. She wants to know everyone's name and if you have anything that would require modification. She consistently reminds you of your breath work and why it's important. Membership can be on the pricier side but it's the only workout I know I will stick to.

They pace up and down the aisle and I often see them looking out into the parking lot. Music is always an issue, either a speaker doesn't work, the playlist is crap, or sometimes I've had a music-free class. The good instructors left after the opening and they can't seem to find good replacements. Front desk staff can't seem to figure out how to scan socks and a girl with braces welcomes you to the studio by snapping "did you check in" the moment you walk in. The 12 hour cancellation timeframe is bs. Your kid gets sick overnight and too bad, they'll hit you for $15. If you've ever practiced real Pilates, you'll recognize this place as a joke. I'm surprised more people haven't been injured from improper, and uncorrected technique.
