Dr Alexander Tsinberg is top shelf. He os bery good at what he does. I have seen people on here…read morecomplaining and I can tell by their statements full of bigotry that they simply came to see the doctor thinking they were just going to walk in and walk out with a script for narcotic pain meds. This man is on the hook amd.has to explain what he is gov9ng you for meds and why. What ither avenues have been explored. Have you tried other options. His english is fine, he is russian by the way not middle eastern. I have been going to that office for many years and have seen many people on that staff. They are not always full of sunshine and raimbows when it is time to talk business. I am positive that if you have a condition that warrants an opiod type of medi stion to c9ntrol your pain the that is place you want to be. Tnere is a process and procedures that must be followed otherwise these Doctors not only risk their medical license but also their freedom. If you don't feel like they are the best place to manage your pain at least you figured it out at the jump instead if months later. One fact to keep in mind is that people need to be on point and follow all directions and guidlines. They need to be mature because they are making some major decisions in their healthcare. I wouldnt feel very mature if I had my mom or grams piping up to the doctor while discussing an issue such as this. Their 2 cents is better kept to themselves. To be clesr this is not me dogging you or saying anything negative. I just feel people are so quick to throw darts at the doctors whe. They have very legitimate reasons for their decisions. One very important question at the jump is figuring out what the treatment plan looks like. If the plan is to just take opiates for pain with no plans to actaully address the cause of the pain meaning it seems like the plan is just take meds with no end in sight. People need to educate themselves about the history of the opiods including the epidemic and over use of them. Something real professionals are not going to be part of.. Just my 2 cents

I left my home without knowing which office I was going to because I received no reminder call or reminder text. I spent over an hour the night before trying to log into the patient portal to find the office address and doctor information as well as any paperwork and was unsuccessful. I began driving prior to their office opening and it had to wait until someone was able to answer the phone just to give me the office address and confirm that I actually had an appointment. She asked me on my drive down if she could send me my paperwork to my email. Well, no, that's not gonna work when I'm driving with no printer in my car. When I arrived to Bloomfield Hills, there was an accident which prevented me from being a half hour early. The paperwork takes less than 10 minutes and it took almost 10 minutes for the lady at the counter to waddle back and ask the doctor if he could still see me even though I was 10 minutes early. I could've had my paperwork filled out and returned to the front desk had she handed it to me before she wandered back into the back for 10 minutes. Then they accuse me of not having my paperwork ready in time to see the doctor. They had no compassion for the fact that there was an accident on the their exit after driving over 100 miles to see the doctor. I called the day before and got stuck in a loop with the AI assistant, I called in three times between scheduling and rescheduling my original appointment and was not one time was informed that paperwork could be filled out ahead of time. I specifically asked if the paperwork was going to be emailed to me and they told me it had to be filled out in person. Absolutely do not recommend if you have any kind of travel time to come to this office. I even offered to sit in the waiting room until the doctor had an opening or a no-show so that I could get some help. 100% do not recommend. Office manager was absolutely no help and recommended that I find someone closer to home. They clearly have no idea what rural medicine in Central and Northern Michigan is like, must be nice to be so privileged. Tried to show office manager my communications with the texting app, and she refused to acknowledge that there was a problem. Maybe if they didn't rely on AI to make their appointments and record their patient information we wouldn't have had this problem. The doctor's office cost more than it's worth. So unless you're five minutes down the road skip this place.

AMAN UPADHYAY, my office visit:…read more I drove over 3 hours to this clinic, hopeful that I would get help for my decades of chronic pain. Boy was I wrong!!! This "guy" was in the room for less than a minute. He came in over 30 minutes late, mumbling a couple of things I couldn't hear (tinnitus and hearing loss) as he closed the door. My autistic daughter said, "my dad is laying on his stomach to ease his chronic pain." He interrupted her, and told her to "shut the f*** up, this is my clinic." Astonished, I looked up and asked, "Did you just tell my autistic daughter to shut the f*** up?" He actually said this. I was taken aback by this language and treatment of my daughter. He said, "this is private property, I don't have to listen to this, you have 30 seconds to leave before I call the cops." Then he stormed out of the room! He never asked a single question about my pain. In fact, he actually ridiculed my chronic pain saying, "people here are dying, your pain isn't that bad." And he did call 911 on this 60yr old disabled Air Force Vet. On my way out I stopped in the hallway and stared at him in the cubicle bullpen. He repeated his threat. I called him an a** whole with no empathy. He called 911. Once he established his name and address, he escalated the situation by advancing toward me in an aggressive manner from almost 20 feet away! I took a half step to rebalance. That's when he leaned into my face, and quietly said, "c'mon, hit me!" This is on the 911 call he placed that the Waterford cops won't let me have. I shouted out for all to hear me say, "hit you?! How f****** stupid do you think I am?" And with that, I walked back into the lobby, slamming the door behind me after being insulted and threatened. He threw the door open and physically advanced on me again in the waiting room. Like I said, this alpha was angry and itching for a hands-on confrontation. Otherwise, he wouldn't have quietly goaded me with, "cmon, hit me," in a hushed tone, would he? I should add that I am 4 inches shorter than this male. He is bigger than me, and in much better shape than my broken body. He used his physical advantages against me in a highly aggressive manner. He physically chased my autistic 25 year old daughter and myself out the clinic doors and across the parking lot! His treatment of patients who rate him a 1 star service to should be investigated for patterns of reverse discrimination. The way he looked at me in the treatment room was downright scary. There are serious Anger Problems here. The way he treated my autistic daughter was inexcusable. His remarks and hostility towards me was his way of telling me to drop dead. No hyperbole here. I'm a 60yr old disabled Air Force Vet. I've lived in chronic pain for decades. I can read body language AND between the lines of these people. That's my experience and only visit I make to this place.
