First time picking up my car, I was shocked, the painting on the interior of my gate was horrible. Black spots everywhere, not fully painted, missed spots. Check out the videos (first pick up) Vu was kindly enough to offer to redo the whole thing, great, picked it up again and still the same problem, not fully painted. (Second pick up) Not going to bother bringing it a third time, knowing it'll likely be the same outcome.

Multiple times I have come back to either my beater or my fancy car and it has been washed or the headlights been restored or something else done without asking or charge. Fortunately, we were referred to Faith Collision (and David) by our insurance company the first time and they've been our go-to from that point on whenever we needed body work repairs. It's easy communication between them and our insurance company (USAA) and basically all we do is drop the car off and pick it up when it's done. On one occasion, I couldn't find a friend available to accompany me when I dropped the car off and someone from Faith was nice enough to drive me to Enterprise (just a few blocks away) to pick up my rental. A couple of other times parts were not available, and that caused delays in the car being ready, but that's just part of living on an island and that's beyond anyone's control. Their work is precise, detailed and communication is great. On top of this, everyone we've encountered there is friendly, warm and just easy to work with. Not wishing we'll need their services anytime again soon, but if and when we do, we'll be back.

Prices were reasonable and cheaper than other body shops I've looked at. They quoted me 2k less than other body shops. I'm not aware of body work or automotive at all but Thomas reassured me what work needed to be done the day of estimate and didn't give me "additional" charges without letting me know first. Their work was done in a week! Pretty quick turn around time compared to going thru insurance and their body shop required (from previous experience). They also accepted insurance but since it was my fault I decided to pay out of pocket. My mom didn't even noticed the difference to her car!! +5 stars for me.
