I bought a car August 1st, 2018 from AJ and Eli over at Northwest Autoloan. Great all around…read moreexperience at first, they financed me had me in a car that they said had just been serviced and even had the oil changed for me that day across the street. (Pretty cool, right!?) That was the end of the good, once the car left the lot all professionalism or even common courtesy left with it. To make a long story short(and so it will fit into this review) here we go: On August 7th 6 days after buying the car I was driving down the highway and the car seems a little funny so I was going to pull off at the next exit. As I get off the whole car turns off and I luckily coast into a parking lot. I do a quick check under the hood and determine that I will not be able to drive it home. I have it towed home around 3 in the morning. The next morning August 8th I call AJ, the owner and he tells me he will call back around 1230. (This is the last he answered or took my calls) No call or call back. I would receive scattered texts and promises to call but no real solution or faith that one would be reached. I had the car towed to the local Goodyear and they said it is hydro locked and needs a new engine (this can't happen in the six days I have driven the car). I checked the oil and all fluids daily(again only had the car 6 days) because it was a used 2003. I also placed cardboard under it when parked at home to see if there where any leaks. There was some leaks, but nothing that indicated a catastrophic loss like this! And now today August 16, 2018 over a week since the car broke down and only 2 weeks after I bought the car he finally decides to call me(only after changing my review on Facebook and calling everyday for over a week). He tells me that he calls me on "his time and his schedule". No sense of urgency or care. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!

What a weird interaction with this place…read more.. I've been looking for a new vehicle for months and have a very specific model in mind. They had it on their website at the "Car Pros Credit Care" location, so I submitted my contact info and was promptly responded to by early next morning. I had work that morning and couldn't get to any of them, but they called, texted, and emailed about me coming in to "see the car" all in the span of a few hours. Eventually, I responded back and set up an appointment. Autumn was very pleasant to speak with (over text/email). For some reason, she wanted me to go to the Car Pros KIA location and that she'd have the car sent over. The distance wasn't too far apart from each other, so I said, "Why not?" And agreed to an appointment at the Car Pros KIA location for the car I messaged about and not at the "Car Pro Credit" location that I originally inquired about. Come the day of the appointment, I made the 21-mile drive to the dealership and aimlessly walked around until I stumbled upon Moe, who I guess would be my salesman. Moe... very nice and delightful guy to speak with. I told him I was there for a certain car and he told me, "Oh, I don't think it's ready yet" and began trying to ask me questions to which was clear his intent was to get me to purchase a different car than the one I came in to see. Presumably, one that has been sitting on their lot for a while or something. I wanted to roll my eyes so hard. Then he leaves to "check it out," and after 5 minutes or so, he's gesturing me to come with him outside... We're walking around the building to a car to which he tells me to get in... I ask him where we're going, and he tells me "to the other lot where the car is." As he's pulling out and driving towards the exit, he starts telling me about reserving the car by putting $1000 down because it's a hot seller." Like sir, I know. That's why I want it. As he pulls out of the lot, he tells me the car isn't ready and I won't be able to test drive it today, but I should put $1000 down to reserve it. Lol, SIR, I will NOT be putting $1000 down to reserve a car that I haven't even driven. I immediately told him no and to bring me back before he went any further. We shook hands, and I gave him my contact info (at his request) so that when the car is "ready," he will let me know. I left and drove 21 miles back home. Honestly, the whole 10-15 minute interaction with them left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will not be returning to purchase a car. Obvious high-pressure sales tactics, and they reply so promptly only to fail to do their part in communicating such an important detail such as the car not being "ready." Also wanted to add in the fact that it almost felt like I was being kidnapped lol. Like why are you telling me to get into this car without telling me where we're going and why. "Let me go check on it," just to come back and be like, "Get in this car." And then why have me go to another location just to attempt to kidnap me to bring me to the original lot I inquired about?... Was that even a sales tactic? Jeez. All in all, I just wanted to buy a car. Wasn't looking to play your little games. You lost a sale.

The whole team worked diligently to find a car for me that was within my terms and budget. They were very courteous and engaging during the whole process. There was no high pressure sales and it was stress free. They really left all the decision to me, explained the financing very thoroughly and answered all my questions. As a result I got a great car that I really love!!!! I highly recommend going to them if you looking to purchase a car.

We've all heard the stories, but Chad Bass completely changed our perspective. From the moment we met him, everything went incredibly smooth. Chad is hands-down the most honest and funny salesman we've ever encountered. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but more importantly, he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process without any of the typical pressure. If you're looking for a stress-free experience, go see Chad. He's a straight-shooter who actually makes the process enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Never going to have any vehicle serviced here again…read more Ever since my Toyota Highlander Hybrid (VIN: JTEEW41A682002477) suffered major engine failure, I've completely lost trust in this dealership's service department. I relied on the information and inspection reports provided to me during routine maintenance visits, only to later discover that serious issues with my vehicle were apparently overlooked or never properly communicated. At every oil change and service appointment, I received inspection reports filled with green check marks across the board, giving me the impression that my vehicle was in good condition. Looking back now, it feels like there was far more concern for selling overpriced services than actually ensuring the long-term health of my vehicle. By the time I realized something was seriously wrong, it was too late. My Highlander Hybrid eventually developed engine knocking caused by internal binding that interfered with engine rotation, and the P0A0F code appeared. That was the last day the vehicle was drivable. Now it sits at a shop lot while I try to figure out my next steps. Because of this experience, neither I nor my friends or family will be bringing vehicles to this service center again. Very disappointing experience. Never again.
