I will say I probably could have gotten my car for a bit cheaper elsewhere as my family recently purchased the same vehicle in better condition for cheaper at another dealership. I don't know if it just depends on the location as well, but I know where they reside in WA cost of living is more expensive than Olympia so I was bummed finding out that I paid a bit more. Once again, I'm no car deal so there may be things I just don't know! I will say it was my first time having to purchase a car so there are things on my end I should have done to have a better outcome with my used car in the future. While my car had no big problems when first purchased, a PPI would have likely shown me that my fuel pump assembly would end up needing to be replaced soon. That was almost $2000 to replace which is hard when you're still paying off your almost $10,000 loan. Once again, this is my fault as a consumer as I should have gotten a PPI prior to purchasing and you ALWAYS should when purchasing a used vehicle (it could save you thousands of dollars in repairs). Otherwise they have been great to contact whenever I had questions or concerns with the vehicle and always willing to help me. I'm pretty sure they said they are a family owned business and the father and two sons work there. They are SO sweet. I have nothing but kind things to say about this business and the fact that they explained every process and were patient with my millions of questions just proves to me they are good people. They completely took advantage of a handicap veteran who is an amputee. The very next day I went for a drive with him and no sooner did we get a mile down the road that I knew the brakes were metal on metal and then we got on the freeway I knew how serious of suspension issues there were Him being hard of hearing could not hear the brakes, and honestly had an anxiety attack while driving and had to pull over it allow me to drive home I was so furious that they would sell a car in this kind of condition that I had him go to a reputable business and get a complete inspection. He walked out an hour later with a 4,500 estimate on repairs which did not surprise me and we are going to pursue whatever we need to do to get this issue resolved or I will personally make sure I make a blog to my YOU TUBE CHANNEL with how sleezy used car salesman can stoop to and literally send someone out on the road with a clear safety and driveability issues. And while reading what EDDIE the owner swears are hidden reviews and are 4.5 stars or above, and states that there has only been 1 lone bad reviews is completely false. I read atleast 10 reviews stating the same, that they had driven away in a vehicle that was unsafe to drive and a complete mess. There was one that was a single mother with a small child he had no problem selling an unsafe car to that broke down just less than a month after buying it. I will be meeting the owner today and will be updating the public on how these " Good Guys respond to proof they will be shown .

Paul, the salesman, wasn't pushy, answered all questions, was very knowledgeable about Toyota, and the vehicle. My son felt confident he was buying a good 'rig', and I was too. Paul also gave us a very liberal price on a trade in. It's nice to go to a used vehicle lot and come away feeling good about your purchase. Cost 600 for their mechanics to "fix" a bolt that was stripped when fixed. Essentially not fixing at all. 3 weeks later check engine light came on again. Same issue. The bolt was on the head gasket. Plus there was coolant leaks that carstars didnt catch or tell me about. Car was for my 16 yr old daughter who was on her way to school when it overheated. Lucky she wasn't anywhere else. My mechanics told me the head gasket was shot. All the mechanics i have spoken to, said that there had to have been issues before and wasn't cause by my daughter's commuting to school and back. I was told from and employee this hasnt happened ever in 10 years, well then it shouldnt be an issue to give us another car or fix this one? Right? Wrong nothing they are WILLING to do for us. I'm a single mother of 2 and trusted car stars because I know someone who works there. I wanted a safe reliable vehicle for my daughter. I still love my friend everyone needs a source of income but I don't trust this place being caring or compassionate. But thank for one of life's hard lessons. Awful customer service once you sign the papers. Actually as you sign the papers (it's digital) the finance woman had me create an account with password on her giant desk-sized keyboard. I figured it was something I would need to access in the future so chose a familiar password. I wish I hadn't because the woman watched my every keystroke like a hawk (can't be discrete on a desk-sized keyboard). I immediately assumed she was watching to ensure my password met the requirements but after a couple seconds it dawned on me she now has the password to my bank login and more...and I had just handed her every bit of person information needed for security checks, short of my thumbprint. Instead of email or print your documents they email you a password secure file. Well I wasn't able to open said zip file to access my necessary documents for registration and tax purposes a few days later. I tried calling. No response. I left a voicemail. No response. I was referred to an email after calling multiple times. No response. It took weeks (no exaggeration, granted I wasn't trying every day) to finally get in touch with someone who got back to me only to insist I go through the financing woman that processed my sale...which is where I started. It was finally through the text notifying my license plates had come in, where I was able to speak to someone that could get me some but not all of my document copies of the sale (was requesting only 2 pertinent documents) I can't imagine if I had to go through this place for actual servicing of my vehicle etc. never want to deal with them again.
