My sister took her car there, and instead of fixing the problem, they made it worse. He messed up her timing chain, gave her an old starter, and still charged her $1600. The timing chain kit came with two chains, and he only put one on -- and the one he used was missing a tooth. When we called back asking for a refund, he said he wasn't giving anything back, even though the issue he claimed he "fixed" was never fixed at all. Then he kept asking for more and more money like the job wasn't already overpriced. We took the car to a different mechanic, and they confirmed that nothing he claimed to fix was actually fixed. Everything he charged for was basically untouched. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. They are money‑hungry, dishonest, and will leave your car in worse condition than before. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

In a field with nothing else around but a cemetery across the street, we pulled into a "business" with a residence, garage, a series of piles of tires, and a bunch of broken vehicles. All I could hear in my head was "Dueling Banjos." I think fortunately for everyone, the proprietor was nowhere to be found. We found ourselves going a little further to Firestone in Salisbury, MD. The guys there were terrific. We joked with the manager about our road trip from PA to NC to get married, and he marveled at our bravery. As we stood in the parking lot with our bags, wedding paraphernalia, and Keurig coffee maker, they worked quickly to put a new tire on the wheel to get us on our way inside of 20 minutes. The manager called my fiancé and I over when they were done and handed us the invoice. He said, "We don't want you guys to have any bad memories of your trip - only good. We took care of your bill. Congratulations and have a great wedding." We could not believe our good fortune. I cried. I hugged him. We bestowed superlatives upon him promising to shower them with compliments and gratitude on their website and social media.
