I usually try to think of at least ONE good thing to say before writing a poor review ("the good,…read morethe bad, the ugly") but unfortunately there is none. I needed a deep cleaning of a vacated apartment. The communication with the ?owner/manager, though mostly through email, was grossly unprofessional. I was told that the cost would be $67 per hour per worker and that at least 2 workers would be there. Fine, if they were able to provide what I needed. On the day of service, the ladies arrived a little ahead of schedule. I had requested to be contact when they were on their way so that I could be there at the appropriate time. I was not contacted. I went over what I wanted done including a detailed review of specific things to be cleaned like switch covers etc. The appliances were all brand new and did not need to be cleaned. I was thinking this would take two hours max with 2 workers. I had to leave and was contacted 3 hours later that they were finished. I was not able to review the work until the next day. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the end result. Especially with the inflated price of $538.

All sort of nonsense little things in the fruit bowl. Seriously? I had asked for cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, 2 people for two hours for a place that was deep cleaned two weeks before. The only place left was inside the cupboard which they didn't touch. Having worked with Angi two weeks before and seeing the difference in work ethic and quality I feel stupid for having paid so much for such poor service. Avoid by all means possible-- zero work ethics.
