I kept walking around in amazement: what was a construction site now sparkled. Even this morning in the daylight, it is just perfect. In addition to my own house, we have a busy airbnb, and while many guests are neat and tidy, some are not. She also takes it upon herself to do things like clean out the refrigerator when she thinks it needs it, and she brings it to my attention when something needs replacing or fixing. When there is a last minute change of plans or the airbnb house needs to be turned over quickly, its never a problem, I can always count on Bozena. She is a gem and I am so glad to have found her!

Let me first start by saying that the cleaning itself was perfect and very thorough. I was so…read moreecstatic to hear my parents thrilled about the cleaning as I had gotten them this cleaning as a Christmas gift, two being what I originally had planned for. Then, I got told the amount and thought it was "weird" since I only provided photos for the Living room, the Kitchen, the downstairs bathroom and bathrooms upstairs (an in-person consultation couldn't happen due to their schedule, and they asked me to provide photos of the spaces I wanted clean) . I came to find out that they cleaned all the bedrooms and my parent's basement that I didn't provide photos of. My sister was a bit upset they were in her spaces since she wasn't expecting that. It's a small thing really and I could've communicated better that these were the only spaces I wanted clean but that did catch me off gaurd so maybe just plan to be around if you book them. I did tell my dad about the areas they were only suppose to clean but he just forgot due to other things going on at the house that day. But hey, a clean house is a clean house!

Michael was very responsive, he was fast to respond to my inquiry, come to provide and estimate and start the job. He was able to show me colder areas in the house and provide solutions to rectify them. We ended up hiring him to install blown cellulose insulation in the attic and then added on some additional jobs that he suggested for the house including sealing off a drafty closet that was built into the knee wall, sealing the rim joist of the house in our basement and adding some insulation to the exterior walls of our family room. Michael even found an area in our basement that was not closed off, finding an open area that was hidden by some batt insulation leading to the Bilco door entry area and he was able to close that off and stop any cold air and drafts from coming into the house. He was even able to install new attic stairs for us- a job that he did beautifully. Michael was always available for questions and answered his phone every time I called. Even after the job was complete, he was still accessible for any question I had. I was very pleased with the pricing and dependability that HV Home Solutions offered and I will hire them again for any job needed in my house, including handy work. I am glad that I found them!

I liked Mike, Dylan and Canyon instantly; their interpersonal communication skills were/are amazing and they all possess superior skills of gratitude. I asked Mike and staff about fixing my broken down/crumbling concrete patio... He quoted me a most reasonable fee and came back a few days later and fixed the patio. I then requested Mike and co. to insulate my 1790 tavern turned home since there was NO INSULATION!! Mike and Canyon did so in a timely, professional manner. After finishing the insulation, I requested Mike and Canyon to assist me with a punch list of items to get my home tenant/student ready for the upcoming semester.. They happily obliged! Fixing door nobs/locks and screens/windows.. Mike and Co. are very professional and explain things in a manner in which I can understand. I will be hiring them for another project::: Recreating my shed into a "hang out" area for students. I had another handy person when I first bought this money pit of a home in February... This person was lovely, but nothing "special...." This previous handy person's work was mediocre. I was looking for AWESOME and that's when Mike, Canyon and Dylan were recommended by my fabulous client... I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR ANY TYPE OF WORK IN MY HOME... If you are seeking professional, forward thinking, fair/HONEST service then.......LOOK NO FURTHER... As a small business owner myself, I have no time for nonsense, tall tales or BS..
